Great company - huge shout out for Dezary
Great company. We booked a 4 night stay in Krakow for 2/4/26 to 6/4/26 with Dezary at Travelpedia. Dezary went above and beyond to find the perfect hotel close to the old town, main square. She also organised our 2 trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and both trips went without a hitch. Dezary also kept in contact with us during the holiday to ensure all was well which I thought was lovely. She also went the extra mile after the holiday to help us to locate some missing property. I would definitely book again with Travelpedia and can recommend Dezary 100%.

Krakow short Break
From start to finish the whole booking experience was amazing. Bruce our online agent was very helpful and professional, answered all our queries promptly, even while we were away!! The trip to Krakow including tour was as expected.
Hotel was standard but cosy and close to the Old Town. The Old Town market came to life with the Easter stalls set out.

Bucket list trip to Thailand
Joe Correa helped me plan my trip to Thailand in April 2005 for February this year. It was a 21 day trip visiting Phuket, Koh Samui, Chaing Mai anf Bangkok. Throughout the year we corresponded on everything until I had the trip for my bucket list 70th bday celebration. The trip was everything we could have hoped for and more. However we got caught in the flight crisis as we were travelling via Dubai. Instead of flying back on 2nd March we got back on 15th. Joe was amazing he kept us informed of the situation and responded immediately to my frantic emails. Our extended stay was not the ending we had imagined but having Joe there to get us through a difficult situation put is at ease. Thankfully we got back safe. Joe even helped with our compensation request to Emirates. I usually book trips independently but I wanted the security of a travel company benind me and Travel Expedia gave me that and more. I would not hesitate to use them again and Im sure Joe will be on hand for our next adventure.

Changes to holiday due to war in Middle East
Joe has went above and beyond to help us out. We originally booked a trip to Japan via Dubai for my nieces 21st birthday. Joe booked the original holiday for us. However with the uncertainty and advise not to travel to the Middle East we were in a situation. We had very little flexibility on our dates. Joe has managed to reorganise our flights to go via Hong Kong and adjust our itinerary to match. Thank you again Joe for all your time and patience in making this once in a lifetime trip happen
