Unfortunately very bad experience. Super cool product and website is good but communication and shipping is very poor. I ordered late January and I have been waiting until now because I know it could take a while to ship from Vietnam (?). I didn’t even get confirmation for my payment. I was about to complain and ask for a refund but then it told me the order was processed. Excited, I tried the tracking number and that doesn’t even work even after 3 days. Maybe I did not read the website properly but I thought it would take 6-12 business days. I didn’t think it would take over 2 months. I understand things can take a while but communication could be very very helpful and put me at ease more.

Product was easy to order. When inquiring on the shipping being delayed, a representative responded immediately. I took 1 star off due to the item being shipped after 40 days.

Questions about your order will be answered very quickly and clearly so you know exactly what is going on, the team is very helpful and informative and products are very good quality.

Really positive and fast replies from the business. There was a mishap with the delivery and within about two emails they had resolved the problem which wasn't even caused by them. I can't recommend them enough the lamps look absolutely incredible. I will be purchasing again and probably going for the largest size as they so amazing and well detailed I think it's worth the money. Makes an incredible gift or giving your own space a bit of personality

The keycaps look fantastic! There's a great attention to detail on each cap I ordered, they look absolutely great! They also fit snug on my keyboard and feel fine after a lil bit of typing to break them in a lil bit.

Took a bit to but that was very clear that it would 100% worth the money and time

Second time I buy from Hirosart and still super satified! The product is amazingly well done, I love it. The only minor problem I had was that the tracking didn't work for some reason, so I wasn't able to follow the delivery. But it still arrived as expected so no real issue.

I love that the creators are fast in responding to emails and is willing to work with the customers. I was slightly disappointed that Hirosart were not able to make a beloved couple that I had envisioned within an epoxy lamp.

Absolutely amazing quality. Really happy with what I ordered. It took about 5 weeks to arrive to the UK which was longer than i expected but there was tracking available throughout and it was definitely worth the wait. I'll be ordering again!

Product is of good quality and packaged well. This is NOT a quick ship product, as it is custom made. From date of order to delivery was 40 days. Plan accordingly if you want this as a gift as I did.
