Horrific customer experience. Requested a cancellation of a product listed on the website. This got confirmed to me. Yet the package was still send out 2 weeks later and did not reach me, it got automatically send back because I was not able to get it at the post office (hence the cancellation) . The package got lost in sending back they said (I dont believe it) and they charged me 50% of the order for nothing. Never again.
