Great technical support, advice and fast delivery.

RAW Apple cider vinegar, two teaspoons twice daily, is now an established part of our daily health regime. No side effects so far, seems to be helping type two diabetic control. Will be able to assess benefits after a longer period, probably six months!

I have an issue with one of the four products I purchased, Have sent an email and phoned and am still waiting for a reply as to what can be done.

Wanted to tidy up some cables and the spiral binding seemed to be just what I needed. I ordered the 3mm binding which was a bit smaller than I had thought, but it did the job brilliantly. Product arrived on time. Very happy!!

Given £12.50 charge and having to pay for return postage cost, on a £47 product. One or the other not both would have been fair. Return was due to product no complying to standard, so not too impressed with service.

I purchased a leister heat gun with accessories and the roller and nozzles was not genuine leister when I questioned this I was told they are from leister Asia which is a nonsense excuse the ones in the product description shows official leister products not Asian copies will never use again had to phone on 3 separate occasions with no reasonable answer to my query I was informed by email

Fast delivery - nice quality product and good value

The bar across the leads as they enter the box would not lock in place, as a result the lid does not seal easily to make the box waterproof.
I contacted customer support who said they would pass the info on to quality. I heard nothing so contacted quality who asked me to send a video but there email system rejected the message. I emailed two days ago asking what to do and have heard nothing back.
