Amazing bike, but possibly the worst saddle fitting ever, bought a few items, always delivered quickly, never any problems, if you are looking for a bike you will not be disappointed,

Always attentive to your customer base,great response time and patience

The bike is good, the customer service is terrible. Received loads of different progress updates. All lies. The bike hasn’t even gone to paint by the time I was assured I’d have it in my hands. Then on their revised paint day it, what a shock, got moved. They charge hu dress for shipping light parts and if you dare ask a question they’ll answer you without actually supplying an answer, and rudely. It was easier and more cost effective to buy a brand new lotus motor yesterday.

The bike is amazing, my son has enjoy a lot his new ride and feels very confortable on hia preparations for the Mexico's National Championship.

From initial engagement to delivery 📦 of the frame set the guys at Handsling were first class. Nothing was a bother - amd believe me when Insay I tortured them with messages asking for various measurements and options. The frame set was also delivered by a ‘proper’ courier 🚚 so no issues with bashed up packaging. All I need to do now is build the bike!! Thank you Team Handsling.

The team at Handsling were super helpful from the first point of contact. Super flexible with the build spec allowing for a truly bespoke bike. Frames are stunning and final build is all I could ask for.

I was originally looking to buy a 54 frame size, but after the bike fit, I was advised that a 56 would be better suited for me, and it is! I don’t know if any other company would have done the same but I’m glad I was given that insight.

Good communication and so very helpful

Handsling bikes provide excellent advice to help you make a decision on your purchase and never push you into a quick sale. In my case, I sent my current Handsling bike for a re-spray. Communication from Handsling from the point my bike arrived at their premises, until despatch was excellent, and of course the re-spray was awesome. Just like buying a new bike.

Good help and knowledgeable communicative support and great bike. The geometry for the track frame was spot on modern and finding the right size bike was made relatively easy with the help of Handsling making a mockup and sending pictures and measurements thereof. Beyond help in finding the right frame they also provided great help making sure the bike would arrive in time for the nationals. Some troubles with shipping (to no fault of Handsling) were picked up by the support crew and dealt with. All in all, great experience.

New bike - the thing that puts Handsling a step above, is the extra help when you’re sizing and how to make sure you get the right fit. The communication / advice from people who have done it all before when you’re doing setup/component choices makes a real difference too. And of course you get a great bike too. Simon, Miles and the team have been great to deal with. Add in that they have chosen to support an up and coming road team as well. Fair play.

Beautiful bike at a great price, fantastic customer support and feedback

Bought a bike from Handsling quite some time ago & had ridden it loads ( including Coast to Coast / Liverpool to Hull / Hull to London ) , in all weather's & notched up some miles.
Everything was okay with the bike but I had put some scuffs & scrapes into the paintwork.
So I contacted Handsling , sorted out the new paint colour , price & time to send it to them.
Sent the fully made up bike - they stripped it down, resprayed it in a beautiful flip paint & reassembled it.
They even supplied ( at a discounted price ) a new chain & a couple of other bits I asked for & fitted them in the rebuild.
Took around 6 weeks from sending it to getting it back & I'm so pleased with it - like I got a new bike.

During the cyclocross season, we got more and more happy with the CexEvo.
Very light frame with a really good handling.
Nice colors of really good quality.

Awesome bikes, but even better service. Miles and team cannot do enough to help all with a smile and some friendly advice. Nothing is too much trouble, even short notice requests for mechanical assistance!
