Purchased a sun dial for 30th wedding anniversary parts missing. Have e mailed 6 times including their website, have told them I’m happy to pay for missing parts. As it stands I have spent £320 on something that we cannot use , really appalling customer service service

Product was well made and shipping from the UK to Ohio in the States took less time than I expected

I have bought 4 stable name plaques from this company and they are truly beautiful.

I have been trying to order another two to match the others I have for the past month to no avail.

The plaques have disappeared off their website

After numerous emails they contacted me to say they are having problems with their furnace but despite me trying to contact them again to find out if it’s fixed I am again getting no reply

It would be courteous to let me know if you cannot or do not want to fulfill my orders so I can buy elsewhere.

Such a shame as these plaques are beautiful and are so well made

The three stars are for the company’s poor customer service. The plaques themselves I would give 10🌟

Four emails ignored asking for custom work.

Must be doing well if you can’t even be bothered to acknowledge customers.

Now ordered elsewhere.

Conforming object.
But too expensive for what it is.
And taxes are not included.
Finally you pay double price.

Very efficient ordering of bespoke sundial. Came in days. Was a perfect 10th Anniversary present.

Prompt service of a well-made product, delivered within the advertised time frame.

Beautifully made and looks very good. Purchased as an anniversary gift and the lucky couple absolutely loved it. Maybe an option for a nicer presentation box? But otherwise 11 out of 10.

Free delivery on such a heavy piece …I still cannot believe from UK to Australia. And arrived In 7 days. Unbelievable. Fantastic.
