Jet Washer fault.
I spoke to Anna as my jet hawk washer wasn't working and after a couple of suggestions was able to resolve the problem. Anna was very helpful, cheerful and efficient. Great experience overall.

Excellent support for my fan that had stopped working
Called and spoke to Martin who set my returns for my fan that had stopped working. I called back and spoke to Anna who advised that a replacement would be with me tomorrow. Both were very helpful and efficient. Couldn't fault them, brilliant.

Delayed or missing delivery
Delayed or missing delivery, Rang first thing today 17/8 and spoke to a real nice lady, dealt with my problem swiftly and was kind enough to get a replacement on its way ASAP.
Was really nice to talk to, helpful and understanding.

These folks are the best
There were problems with the delivery, but I was contacted preemptively by high street tv so was already aware. I was contacted my a real human which is seemingly rare these days and had a replacement sent with such ease. It’s very rare for me to ever write a review but these folks are the best!

Jet Hawk pressure washer
Their delivery was really fast - even to the Inner Hebrides - and the product is very good, well up to the advertising. I managed to break a part but they were very quick with the spare (unusual to be able to get spare parts at all for many internet purchases!).
Luke, Martin and Nimmy were very kind and helpful. Will certainly buy from them again. Thank you!
