I was able to book my reserved seat easily however I had some trouble retrieving my e-ticket. I was not able to transfer it to my AppleWallet app. Thankfully I saved a copy of it in my Notes File.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff, limited gluten free menu, a smooth journey , reasonably comfortable seating. Being somewhat disabled, assistance was appreciated, location on the train made it easier for me

Easy App to use
Easy to use the app and book trains to suit. Shame that the times of our trains were changed by the carrier but all is okay with new times. Tickets arrived in the app and safely downloaded to phone.

It was easy to book a seat on the train and I received an email quickly to confirm my booking with a link to the tickets. The one thing that doesn’t work properly is their App. When logging in it says to complete the four digit code sent to my email, nothing arrived even after I’d asked for a resend 4 times.I check spam but nothing there. I tried it on another device with the same outcome.
