Love my products, everyone can see the difference in my skin. Also want to call out the customer service is second to none. I noticed this morning that I had a pending transaction, may have been my error but I contacted them and within 30 they refunded me. 5* service and products x

Tried the day/night and eye serum - not particularly keen on the coconut smell but goes on nicely. Not noticed much difference - the eye serum which is nearly used up has discoloured and am not overly keen on the heavy glass packaging. Tried the cleanser and toner and they came in really heavy (metal?) bottles which I think is unnecessary. I feel the items are overpriced for what they are…will stick to my cheaper ones in future, sorry.

My second order from Highborn. Love the products, love the fast delivery but particularly love that some of the profits go towards beating breast cancer. Highly recommend.

Sadly the products do not deliver as advertised. I think the older lady who advertises on instagram is a false representation and even declared that her friends state she had good skin anyway!
I was expecting a luxury brand that did what it says on the tin but unfortunately not. A tell tale sign for me was that within days the Highborn logo on the pots began to fade and is now unrecognisable. And as someone who lost their mother to cancer at the age of 48 when I was only 22 iam now starting to doubt the credibility of this provenance.
Most disappointed

Lovely products generally. One did not suit me so I was advised to return for full refund. Dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Excellent customer service. I like that products I have chosen come in glass jars. Great for recycling or other uses. Travel size might be a good option to have just for less weight when packing.

Imperial Eye Gel - I am an old surf girl from Australia plus I have a genetic condition which means my skin is loose and I have under eye bags. I have tried everything (well nearly) in creams, gels, correctors and concealers. Most I would not even rate. I am not giving this gel 5 stars, I still have under eye bags. But they are a lot less pronounced and I just wear mascara and lipstick and nothing else these days. It has not got rid of them completely but I have only been using it for four weeks. I will let you know if they vanish one day!

Virtually all of the products they sell contain Phenoxyethanol which is a bad ingredient. If you do your research you will find it and can cause toxicity, endocrine disruption, allergic reaction and have adverse reactions on the blood, liver and fertility.

It also has a highly polluting manufacturing process and consumes a lot energy in that process. Therefore not environmentally friendly either.

In UK and EU it should be kept to 1% if used but that information is not publicised on these products.

They would be top notch products if they would remove the toxic ingredients.

I have been using this range for the past 3 months. I have really noticed the difference in my skin, it has a softer, firmer and brighter appearance. My orders have arrived quickly & beautiful packed in recyclable packaging. I'm looking forward to trying other products in the range.

I have a repeat order of day and night cream, eye gel and serum. All the products are lovely and suit my skin perfectly.

I’m not in the country but my order was delivered safely and I’m sure with no problems great to have more creams when I return home

This company offers quite special products. Simple packaging for high quality products. The eye gel is the best thing I’ve found to combat puffy eye bags. The market is full of different formulas and I’ve tried many. I don’t have many wrinkles so other eye products are often too heavy. Highborn eye treatment is so light yet you can feel it cooling the area. It’s expensive but worth it as it works. I’ve wasted money buying other high end items as they often made the puffiness worse. I can recommend trying this company’s products. They are approachable for help, not a faceless organisation.

I really love Highborn products. Recently bought the brown mascara and it is fabulous!! I have tried many others and they just don't work for me - clumpy and difficult to apply whereas Highborn organic mascara goes on so smoothly. I apply a light coat first and that will suffice for the day. For evening I layer on for the darker, longer lash look. It stays on and doesn't flake. Would certainly recommend, its worth every penny.

I bought the 4 phase day and night box. Lovely packaging and pots, all recyclable. Creams differ in smell but after using for 3 weeks I can't see any difference. My skin seems a bit smoother but under eyes are the same.
Perhaps being older than most who have put reviews on their website makes a difference I don't know.
The contribution to Breast Cancer research is welcomed.

I just recently ordered my third set of phase four skin care regime which includes a day and night moisturiser, eye gel and serum. I love the Highborn products and I am always getting complimented on my skin.(I always share what I use, when people comment).
I LOVE the personal touch and I also received a beautiful, handwritten card, on receiving my third order. Highborn really CARE about you . I won’t use anything else on my face from now on. I even received a free gift of all four jars. In travel size. Just perfect for my upcoming holiday

I love these products and how they make my skin feel. Having gone through the Breast Cancer journey, I had to stop using my usual skincare regime which I’d always enjoyed. I absolutely love Highborn face products I have tried day and night moisturisers, serum, lip butter, cleanser and Imperial Eye Gel and have re-ordered the ones I have run out of. I’m so impressed with the eye gel that I have recently made a subscription order as I don’t want to be without it. The packaging is perfect for recycling and delivery very quick. I love the ethos of the company and hearing Tracey’s story. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Not only have I ordered these products for myself, my daughter visited last weekend and took the lip butter and eye gel back home with her. Thankfully, when I ordered my replacements, the delivery was very quick.

I now use 9 Highborn London products daily and have to say that they are all amazing; high quality, sustainable packaging and my skin has never felt better ! My faves are the eye gel and organic age defying oil ☺️
