Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the high quality of the products, noting that they leave skin feeling amazing, hydrated, soft, and looking brighter and healthier. Many users, including those undergoing medical treatments, have observed visible improvements in their skin and hair, highlighting the effectiveness of items like the night elixir, imperial moisturizer, and shampoo and conditioner. The service is frequently described as prompt, friendly, and helpful, with many appreciating the personalized approach. However, some customers were not happy with certain products, experiencing issues like irritation from fragranced eye cream or a severe drying effect from face cream. A few reviewers also encountered problems with product quality, specifically a batch of SPF that separated and became difficult to use, and felt that their concerns were not adequately addressed by the company in these instances.

Great products

The customer service is fantastic and the products are excellent. I started chemotherapy in January and subsequently lost my hair. I was feeling very low but decided the one thing I could do was to look after my skin at this time. The products, especially the eye gel, are great and my skin has definitely improved in appearance and the way it feels.

A switch worth making

I’ve been using Highborn skincare for several years having switched from the premium French brand I’d used for years. This is good stuff, well worth the investment. The products make my skin feel hydrated and soft, never irritated. Smells good too (not overpowering). Cruelty free is the icing on the cake.

I have accidently subscribed to their face creams, and have tried numerous attempts to cancel the subsriciption and not heard nothing back. I am a single mum so having this come out each month is madness. I am not very happy. Also I have had a severe reaction to the face cream.

Highborn

Great products and company ethics..I have bought many of their products which are all great quality. My favourites though are the serum and the imperial moisturiser is the best I've used and believe me when I say that I have spent a fortune on high end products.

I’ve been using HighBorn London…

I’ve been using HighBorn London skincare and I honestly love it. For me, everything has been exactly as described on their website, and the products feel amazing on my skin — that proper “luxury but comforting” feeling where your face just feels softer, calmer, and more hydrated after you apply it.

What really makes me want to shout about them, though, is the purpose behind the brand. They state that every product sold means another donation to Against Breast Cancer, supporting research into breast cancer. That “I’m treating myself and helping something bigger” factor genuinely matters to me due to personal circumstances in my family.

A few things I personally appreciate:
• The brand is very clear about what it stands for — confidence, resilience, and realistic skincare (not miracle nonsense).
• They highlight practical reassurances like paraben and sulphate free, recyclable glass jars, and a money-back guarantee, which adds to that feeling of trust.
• They also say their products are made in the UK in small batches, which I really like from a quality/control perspective.

I’ll be honest: I know it’s on the expensive side — but to me, I’m worth it, and so is my skin. I also love that I’ve got the option to pay in 3, which makes it feel like a win-win: I get the skincare I genuinely rate, without the “ugh” feeling of paying it all in one go.

Believe me, I’ve used lots of different brands over the years, and for me this one stands out. And being neurodiverse, the way my skin feels isn’t a small thing — it’s huge. The texture, the finish, that comfortable hydrated feeling… it really matters. HighBorn London gives me that “my skin feels right” feeling, not sticky, not greasy, not irritating — just properly looked after.

Overall: HighBorn London is one of those brands that delivers on the “treat yourself” experience and makes you feel good about your purchase. My skin feels great, what I received matched what they promised, and I genuinely respect the charitable giving woven into their business model.

Using the Bakuchiol youth serum has made a big difference - friends and family have commented on how good my skin is looking. What really matters to me is that the products are chemical free and that it’s an ethical company.A great personal service and although I’d like it to be a bit less , I think that the price is fair.

I LOVE these products! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I LOVE these products! I am currently undergoing immunotherapy & chemotherapy for breast cancer & needed something special for my skin which was crying out for nourishment. I’m so glad that I found HighBorn.

I use the eye cream, facial serum & day/night moisturiser on a daily basis, morning & night, & my skin feels wonderful. I really enjoy my skincare regime & have just replaced the eye cream & serum, and bought the cleanser & toner.

I also love that this brand was founded out of a breast cancer journey and love that it gives back to a breast cancer charity.

Thank you HighBorn for helping me to look after my skin at a challenging time!

Highborn sorted it out my "GLOWGUARD" problems

14th January VANESSA AT HIGHBORN contacted me to sort out the problem below. Very helpful. Highborn redeemed themselves and feel no more confusion. All sorted. Many thanks.

I bought a few products from Highborn, because they are pure, which is great!
One of the products is GLOWGUARD an SPF. Its been okay and I had some left of my old pot, so when I came to use the new one, it was a bit odd but as its natural there is often slight changes. I began using it and over time it got more and more difficult to use. I was asked for a review and said it didn't seem as good as the last one. Something not quite right with it. then It started to separate, becoming like beaten egg white going back to a liquid. I could only rub it into my skin with great difficulty. I called the company and asked if they would take the rest of it back. There was around a good half of it left. They said they wouldn't do this as it was past the month since I had bought it. I explained I was on a rolling contract and they sent new one out every 3 months and I still had the previous one not finished. So it would be almost impossible to let them know it was degenerating over time into sloppy egg whites. I suggested it would be fair to send a small pot, half the amount I had left. They refused and I felt that was unreasonable. When I told my husband this he said in LAW you had up to six months if something isn't working or is incorrect to what it is supposed to be. So I sent them something on this and they said they would get back to me and that was over two months ago. I haven't seen any emails from them since that time on this situation. I am mightily disappointed as the lady I spoke with also said they knew something wrong with this batch. So why didn't they get in touch with all those people who had that batch and replace it! Tracey says she wants everyone who uses Highborn products to feel satisfied. Well I don't and I feel this was a poor way for them to deal with something that could have been sorted out in minutes! I have just written to them again today but got a standard reply that they will get in touch. That's what they said 2 months ago.

Great products and prompt service

Great products and prompt service. I have been using the eye cream which is fantastic and can notice a difference in the tightness of the skin, the Moisture Burst is exactly what my face needs before the facial day or night moisturiser.

I found the company difficult to review…

I found the company difficult to review because my experience was mixed. I took advantage of an offer on skincare. The products arrived on time. I found them to be ok, but not necessarily markedly better than my usual moisturiser. However, within one month I received another two boxes of the same moisturiser, making a total of eight jars within a month. I phoned the company, and a great plus was that I was able to speak to a person, who was actually helpful. She explained that I had signed up for a monthly subscription when I first ordered, which I was totally unaware of. I explained that I would need to have the skin coverage of an African elephant to get through eight pots a month! She cancelled my subscription and said that I would get my refund as soon as they received the returned products. However, this cost me just over six pounds. I am awaiting my refund, which I hope will be processed quickly, but feel a little duped and don’t think the ordering system is as transparent as it should be!

I saw the face creams on instagram and for some reason, unlike me, thought give these products a try. I bought the lovely intro box of products and started using them, honestly they just suit my skin so well. There delivery and way to order is just so prompt and I feel they are sent to me with such love , really feels like I am buying from a friend.

Very professional

Recently I bought an offer form highborn. When it arrived they had made an error. I emailed the company and their customer service was impeccable. They couldn’t have been more apologetic and a replacement was posted immediately. I have used the products before and am very happy with them.
