Kerry from Helping Hands is very knowledgeable about installing stairlifts. She gave me great information on what was necessary to have a stairlift installed for my wife who had an urgent need of a stairlift due to her health conditions. I knew before Kerry came to assess if the stairlift could be fitted that I'd have to put a smaller radiator in our hall to ensure there was sufficient space for the stairlift to park at the end of a run. I organised replacing the radiator and Kerry and her husband Ian came and inspected the location of where the stairlift was to be installed and said it was ok for a Brooks 130 T700 straight stairlift to be fitted. She was leaving me with a quotation to supply and install the stairlift as she was leaving and said I could let her know if i wanted to proceed once I'd thought about it. I said no need for any further time to decide if I wanted it fitting and said go ahead with the installation and I gave her a deposit for the stairlift to be installed. Kerry could see that I needed the stairlift urgently and said she'd ask the manufacturers to install the stairlift ASAP although she couldn't guarantee when that would be. She said someone from the manufacturer would be on touch about the fitting of the stairlift, which they did 2 days later and they installed it 3 days after that. Since it has been installed my wife has used it numerous times and bearing in mine her health condition requires her to have frequent visits to the toilet, it has been smashing investment. So glad we got Kerry to do the job. Well done Kerry and Ian.

I have had Helping Hand for at least 20 years and it is still working fine.
But time marches on so I have bought a second to save travel time around the house. Travel that is a little harder now.
It is a very useful tool.
