I always have nothing but good things to say about Mistr. When I have a question about something, I message them via my profile on the website and get a response usually within 24 hours. When it’s time to get my medication refilled, they send a message asking if it’s okay to send it and after I reply I usually receive my prescription with 1-2 days since I live in California. I love Mistr. It’s fast, simple, and easy to use.

Communication with doctors and pharmacy it’s bad. Been going back and forth for the last 3 months to the point that prescription expired and had to start all over again.

Overall good service. However, I’m disappointed that they won’t fill 90-day prescriptions for PrEP even when my insurance allows it. They said it’s not possible unless insurance requires it or you're traveling overseas. Not the most efficient or convenient for people who travel a lot domestically.

I had a very frustrating experience with Mistr’s HIV PrEP service. I needed a prior authorization (PA) for my medication, and unfortunately Dr. Teet, customer support, and the pharmacy never seemed to be on the same page. Communication between the different parts of their system was extremely poor, and no one was able to coordinate what needed to be done to actually get my medication approved and filled.

I spent a lot of time going back and forth without any real progress. Instead of helping resolve the issue, it felt like I was being bounced between departments. Because of the lack of communication and coordination, I ultimately had to cancel my account.

At this point, I’ve scheduled an appointment at an in-person clinic here in Memphis, Tennessee because I wasn’t able to get the help I needed through the telehealth system. Based on my experience, the online PrEP service through Mistr doesn’t communicate well between their doctor, pharmacy, and support staff, especially when insurance issues like prior authorizations are involved. I hope they improve their system because patients shouldn’t have to struggle this much just to try to access PrEP medication.

Everything went smooth for both me and my husband--testing, mailing, etc. He received his prep with NO problem. However, they told me that "my insurance" will not allow them to fill the script at their pharmacy, so I have to get it at my pharmacy. Fine. They send it to CVS and ask me to get a Gilead card for co-pay. Except Gilead says I'm NOT eligible for that. So I'm still trying to find a way to get my meds. The frustrating thing is: MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE THE EXACT SAME INSURANCE. Why is he getting Prep from Mistr and I can't????? Something is definitely fishy here.

Easy to use. At home test kits are simple to follow. Customer service is prompt and professional. Meds are shipped quickly and discreetly. Plus it’s free!

Terrible experience! EXTREMELY disorganized, I kept telling them for almost two months I was running out of prep pills and THEN they sent me the form I should sign and yet the website didn’t let me sign the doc so I’ve been waiting for my prep pills for almost two months and they keep me in the never ending loop of disorganization with what it seems lack of interest of providing a decent service for those who rely on taking these pills every single day.
I DON’T RECOMMEND MISTR AT ALL and if you have A N Y other option, go for it blindly!

Truly a terrible experience. Tests do not match the instructions they provide (and differ from what is online). Communication is incorrect— received communication that my tests were invalid and further would be needed; only to later be sent my test results.

Once my prescription was filled, they never would fax the needed info to my insurance. I spoke with FOUR individuals over the course of a week, including my doctor, and none would fax it. They said the onus is on my insurance for having the incorrect phone number. But would not provide me the phone number NOR would merely fax the information to the number I provided.

Extraordinarily poor service, zero customer service help for their own issues.

Easy and fast. Never have had any problems. If they tested for syphilis it would be perfect.

I want to thank Mistr for such an amazing service, and also for not making me pay nothing at all! You guys are helping our community and are providing us with meaningful protection. What you do really matters. I strongly recommend getting PrEP through them.

I was extremely new to sex but the ads about mistr caught my attention. I’m thankful I can be protected.🫶🏾

Initially, I was sceptical and unsure. I ordered a kit, and it came in the mail. I selected at home blood sample (I regret it. If you can go to the facility, do so. Took me like 45 minutes to fill the blood dots, and my fingers were sore from so many pokes because I have rough working hands.) The box I got in the mail had everything I needed to do the test. Unfortunatly I ran out of lancets, so I had to use some I already had. The instructions were very clear and told you what to do. Took the package back to the post office (they include all materials to return the package for free). 7 Days later, the kit was marked received. 5 Days later, I got my results back on the website. The next morning, I had a video call on my phone with a doctor, who talked about stuff. He signed the script. That night, they messaged me saying they needed more insurance info. Once I sent that, a few days later, the meds were at my door in a bubble envelope addressed to me from FULLFILLMENT CENTER and from NY. I just got my second dose in the mail today, 3 days shy of a month.

Great way to get and always have medication on hand whenever you need it. They are great about confirming your correct address before sending. Package is always discreetly shipped and arrives on time.

They take care of everything. I don't have to go anywhere. I highly recommend Mistr.

I tried setting up an appointment. Everything was fine until the online doctor appointment. The link didn't work like it should. After jumping through hoops and still no luck. The doctor texted through app she would call. No call no nothing. I call Mistr. They act like it never happened before. I ask to have all my info erased from site because I don't want my info stolen. The lady agrees and states she will have her supervisor reach out to clear this up. Oddly ever since that very moment I have had multiple appointment update emails sent to me I did not set up. My info is still on there system. And my CC card info was hacked. I'm very confident this site used the info they had for me and hacked most of my accounts.

Mistr is great I lost my insurance due to leaving my job. They helped me get my prep free and doxy they are great. They truly want to keep everyone safe and care about everyone’s health even if you don’t have insurance.
