We have used our HexClad pots and pans on a daily basis since receiving them. Upon having an issue with our skillet and reaching out for help, HexClad customer service responded quickly and stayed with us until we had a clear path moving forward. We are awaiting our replacement skillet and were so happy to have a company actually do what they advertise! Their warranty is good and their product is wonderful.

Issue with 10” frying pan…
I reached out to the HexClad customer support regarding an issue with my 10 inch frying pan that I had purchased in February 2026. After using the frying pan I noticed that there was a spot that was peeling on the surface. I received a very timely response, asking for some other information which I proceeded to send.
In less than 3 hours my issue was resolved. They are going to be sending me a new 10 inch frying pan within 3 to 5 days. I wish all companies were as responsive! I look forward to adding some other hex clad products to my new kitchen.

They promise non stick and life time warranty. All wrong. These overpriced pans are the same as many others. I will never buy these anymore and never recommend to others. Customer service is bad concerning life time warranty.

£759 for this rubbish !!
We paid £700 for these pans and i can honestly say they are not worth this ridiculous price at all ! We were sucked in by the Gordon Ramsey endorsement like everyone else. Despite following the instructions to the letter these pans are simply not non stick ! My frying pan is not flat so all the oil pools around the edges and ive never managed to cook anything in it that doesnt stick. You are basically paying for the warranty. Avoid at all costs

I was having trouble registering my Hexclad pot set and I received immediate help. It took several emails to get me to the correct place to view the SN, but the representative did not give up. Wonderful company! Great customer service!
I have had my set 12pc pots and pan set and my 4pc roasting pan set for 3.5 months and I absolutely love it. I have used all the pots and pans but use the 12in daily (sometimes multiple times). I had some small wear and tear on one spot, nothing huge so I reached out to customer service asking about it and not only did they respond (on a Sunday) but they approved my warranty request and will ship my replacement out within 3-5 days!! What a wonderful company I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!
