What a surprise! Where did this company come from? I don’t know all of a sudden I was getting sent to my email so I decided to take a chance and boy was I pleased! This company is top quality. The hair is top quality in fact, two weeks after I order my first unit I ordered three more at the same time. It was only later that I found out that they were on TikTok by my daughter! I’m so happy with this company and I’m so happy with my wig! I highly recommend!

It looked nothing like the picture, the cut wasn't as tapered as the picture the color in the front looks like streaks were added not blended throughout the hair. And the added color throughout the unit, also is streaked not blended to give that ombre look.. It did not blend or does not have that ombre blend like in pictured advertisement.

This was my first time placing an order with the company, and I was somewhat skeptical initially due to limited prior experience. However, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the process, and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations, showcasing craftsmanship and attention to detail. The unit not boho braids as advertised. The unit has tracks sewn together all in the back no braids nowhere. Completely dissatisfied will post on my social media.

Long, thick, and great color dimension. I highly recommend wearing it curly or wavy to show off the color in the best way. This is my third wig from Hermosa and can’t wait to get another. TY 🩵

Hair arrived so fast, texture was soft and beautiful, Curly baby hairs all round with draw tightening strig at the back. Second time I've ordered from them they do not dissapoint. The extra gifts that come with the hair are really cool with packing, highly recommend 👌🏾

I purchased a wig the wig did not fit I was asked to send a pitcher of the unused wig I did that. I hjave been waiting on a reeturn label for two weeks so I can get my refund. I dont want to think that you all are trying to steal my money because I no you all are not desprate for money. All I want is a return label so I can get my refund

First, my wig, I bought 2 of the same kind of wigs, one from this company. And one from another company, and from the minute I tried the both wigs on, I loved this one a lot better. It looks very close to my natural hair. When I put the wig on, I don't have to do much, except adjust the straps. The Kinkyy hair in the front blends. Well, with my hair and my hairline, the pricing was pretty good. I think I got a discount. I loved, I'm wearing it now. I wear it every day since I got it. Now, I've had it less than a week, but she's doing very well for me. It just looks so natural. It's very thick. It is very beautiful and natural looking. And I really just enjoy it. The one thing that I probably don't like would be that it doesn't match exactly my hairline. I can't use double-sided tape or glue as it'll be on my actual hair. It'll be where hair is not on the skin. So I can't glue it down on the sides where the sideburns would be and really, that's it? That's the only thing I don't like about it, but outside of that, I make it work. It's great.

So far so good I really like it have had unit for 2 weeks now and no shedding but a few when I cut lace a lil more!

Hermosa Hair will take your money in seconds, but if their courier loses your package, they will try absolutely everything to avoid refunding you.

The shipping company officially confirmed to me that my package was lost. The proof of delivery Hermosa Hair tried to use had NO signature and NO photo evidence. On WhatsApp, Hermosa Hair explicitly admitted to the loss, texting me: "your package appears to be lost... your refund will arrive in your account within 3-5 business days."

That turned out to be a complete lie. The exact second I updated my payment dispute so they could process the return, they backpedaled within seven minutes. They completely refused to release my refund unless I handwrote a physical letter on a piece of paper copying their exact template. Their template forces you to write out that you are "willing to bear the corresponding legal responsibility" just to get your money back for an item they never delivered!

IF THEY EVER TRY THIS TACTIC WITH YOU, KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THIS.

I had the best experience with Hermosahair. The wig that I purchased was a gift for my daughter but I will definitely be purchasing one for myself. Their quality is toptier.

First off let me say the quality of the hair is top tier, the hair literally looks like it'sy natural hair. The free shipping sweeten the deal and I was able to track my package with no issues. I guess it's safe to say I am a repeat customer 😉
