Beware! If none of your selected cleaner is available, they will pick a random one and you cannot refuse. You will STILL be charged cancellation fees!
I'm extremely unhappy about my experience with helpling and I strongly recommend against using it.

We're sorry that you felt like these actions were wrong but we clearly explain it in the welcome email: if the selected cleaners don't accept the offer, it opens up to other providers, so that the customer won't be left without cleaning. It's never a "random" cleaner but someone with similar characteristics of the ones the customer selected.
You can always cancel afterwards (if you don't like the cleaner) and we are usually flexible in term of the cancellation fee in case the cleaner confirmation arrived too late.
Our suggestion is to contact the Support Team: they will for sure help you through this!

Effortless Search and Selection on Helpling
Finding a cleaner on Helpling is incredibly straightforward. I appreciated the ability to input specific search criteria, such as the need for clothes ironing, and then see available cleaners that fit my schedule. Before making a selection, I could read reviews and even chat with the cleaners directly. It was convenient to test out 4-5 cleaners before settling on my top choice.
