Paid 5000kr for a deep moving cleaning, which was then called “the worst cleaning job he has ever seen” by our leasing agent upon handing in the keys. Basic standards of cleaning were neglected as the floors were still dusty, interior windows not touched, bathroom not cleaned well and had stains, washing machine and oven left untouched even though they were meant to be included in the cleaning, streak marks on the cabinets from wiping, and more. Since we failed to notify the company within 48 hours, the cleaners have refused to come rectify the situation despite the job being done poorly. In conversation, the company did not deny that the job was poorly done, and they kept insisting that nothing would happen because of the 48 hours policy. As a result, we have to pay for an additional cleaning service to come and reclean. Do not recommend, wasted a lot of money.
