It is reliable and avoids all the paperwork.

If I could put no stars I would. The worst service and experience dealing with a company ever.

The two cleaners that we've booked have been very pleasant, quiet and on time. Missed a couple of spots but nothing that couldn't be picked up on if returning. Very good both times.

My issue is that the reviews on the site seem to be misleading. The second person we hired had 20 reviews, averaging 4.9. However when she arrived at the house, she didn't have a word of English and has only been in Ireland for two weeks. She was nervous as this was one of her first jobs. This makes me a little uncomfortable as she definitely doesn't have 20+ jobs under her belt, and she didn't leave the reviews herself. It's not my business but I hope she has people that can support her here, and isn't being taken advantage of. I doubt she's actually allowed work here legally.
I'd love to employ her again directly but also want to be sure I'm not encouraging any set ups that may be taking advantage of women that have to leave their family to find work in an unknown country.

Helpling is great overall but the checks & reviews do not seem to be thorough or fully verified.

To Helpling's response for more information. I really appreciate your quick request to review. Since the lady that came to me does need the work and money and is very nice (and did a good job!) I'm afraid I don't want to identify her by giving more details. I understand this does not benefit you to resolve but I do feel like I'm in a difficult position where you should know, however I can't knowingly impact someone negatively in getting much needed work (why I commented here instead of on your platform). I appreciate you reviewing this review and you're welcome to remove it if you wish as I can't help further.

Lovely cleaner, friendly and helpful (Eliene). Worked really hard, despite our hoover causing problems. Couple of little bits missed when I checked afterwards but, honestly, a great job done. Would be good if there was some way of seeing your cleaner’s schedule for the next few weeks so that you could book a suitable time and date without having to email back and forth.

Easy to use. But there was some issue with filters and I could not applied it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Helping. After paying for my initial clean, circumstances changed, and I no longer required a cleaner. Despite informing them and requesting that they stop any further transactions, they have continuously attempted to dip into my account for additional unauthorized payments.

For the past five weeks, they have tried to access my bank account twice a week, which is both unacceptable and unethical. This behavior is a blatant disregard for customer trust and financial security. I expected a professional and respectful handling of my request, but instead, I have been met with repeated unauthorized charges. I strongly advise against using Helping, as their practices are highly questionable and deeply concerning.

Really easy to find and book a cleaner for a recurring appointment

Because I did a job, but I don’t received yet. After 15 days I don’t received. I am sending a lot of emails, but they said they already paid. I have even contacted my bank, but there is no payment.

I booked a cleaning service with helpling, and couldn't have been happier with the results. I had the pleasure of being assigned Danilo Souza who I could not speak highly enough about. I have very high standards and this was the first time that I have ever been happy with a cleaning service. Danilo left the house sparking. He even fixed my shower door and sink! I couldn't believe it when I walked into my bathroom! I just walk around the house now admiring how clean it is, which makes such a difference to how I feel in it. Danilo was so friendly, paid such incredible attention to detail. I am so pleased! Thank you Danilo!
