Liars and incompetent customer service
Terrible service, I was promised that they would be in touch within 72 hours over a very simple issue that they have caused! It's now been 94 hours and I've heard nothing.
All they need to do is check that my email is linked with my ea account.
I can't play the game or anything until this is done, I've explained the issue to 3 different people from the customer service and all 3 are still scratching their heads 4 days later.
I'm sure if I was struggling to buy some of their microtransactions it would be solved right away.

Worst customer service experience of my life.
I bought EA play membership and it didn't show on my account I submitted a case to get a refund and they won't give it. I paid for a product and didn't receive it. They are thieves and their customer service sucks. Never in my life will I buy anything from EA. Genuinely the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had. Arjun K and princee were my representatives and they were horrendous.

Very poor support
Support totally doesn't understand what I'm writing to him. They did not solve my problem, and additionally stated that they were unable to determine whether I was the account holder, even though I had provided them with all the information correctly.

Unbelievable, they had absolutley zero clue what they were saying and they closed the ticket without my issue being fixed. Absolutly disgracefull. Get me "Technical Support" not "Customer Support."

It was absolutely horrible. My account was hacked an they said they would solve my issue within ten days. It has been 3 weeks plus an I haven't even been contacted. I lost a lot I players and they did absolutely nothing. Horrible.

Help would be available if EA wanted it that way. They only care about pushing sales of new games and associated metrics. Buying EA games knowing there is no support is throwing money down the drain. Help replies with instructions to check your spam filter are a slap in the face.
Password reset and verification mails not working
I needed to verify my EA-account before playing a new game because I didn't played an EA-game in a long time. However, my password was not working. Moreover, I didn't get any mails of verification or password reset.
I explained it to the EA advisor 'Himanshu' via the EA-chat (help.ea.com). He disconnected my PSN account with the EA-account. Furthermore, I made a new EA-account (with another e-mail) and connected it to my PSN account. Moreover, because my verification mails were not working, I connected this account to my phone number and used this for verification instead.
I know everyone here had bad experiences, but some advisors of EA-help really can help.

cases get auto-closed unless you add stuff to them after you create them. BUT YOU CANNOT ADD ANYTHING. so the cases just close. job well done you useless money grubbing losers

Absolutely terrible. If you dispute your ban, you will always get copy pasted botted response. They simply couldn't care less. I would rate them negative if possible. I was fighting for my account for more then 2 years with no help. Also their EA *community* is full of copy pasting admins too. Simply the worst customer service I have met by far.

I would give half star if it possible. It takes days to their replies if you answer right way back same waiting. Even if you send every possible information they can need they just asking same question over again. No help at all. Everytime is different servicer who does not even bother to read the case.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Played Apex legends since day 1. I took a bit of a break for a while and when I came back to it every skin I had was gone for characters and guns, all emotes, finishers, banners, and my revenant heirloom. Been talking to 3 or 4 different people or same people with different name because all they say is they can't validate my claim. I still have my badges showing my levels but doesn't matter. Played over 4500 games and offered no solution, not even a real answer to the problem just passed along to someone else to regurgitate the same crap
