Absolutely shocking. Eafc account has been hacked two years in a row now. They say there is no suspicious evidence in the last 7 days and both people I spoke to cut me off.
Why would I report an issue if nothing had happened. A lot of money spent on these fraudsters and no joy in contacting their help team .
My advice is to not even bother contacting them !!!!

It’s impossible to talk to a human being, and the chatbot is constantly down or doesn’t work. It gives completely wrong and unrelevant answers. This drives you insane to the point you just give up

These crooks put out broken content on their broken app and refuse to give your money back! They promise to fix and tell you to report to EA Help but only other gamers help on that sight! They do not help anyone with anything! Worst app and game company around!
Nothing solved
My account was hacked and stolen in may, i've created 6 tickets and only one of them got an answer, the first one (22 May 2024), he asked me some questions but i didn't even have time to respond because the same person closed the ticket about 15 min after sending those same questions. It has been months and i still dont have acess to my own account, today is 30 August 2024

They say it will take only 15minutes, but i have been waiting for more than 56minutes. This is a useless customer care, one of the worst i have ever encountered.
I did connect with them a few times, but i never but never saw an effort from them to solve my problem.
I basically cannot access anymore my old email, that domain is totally deleted so i gave them all the other data which is registered on my account, the keep saying it’s wrong while it’s written “black on white” everything they are asking.
Such a pitty for such a great gaming platform!

So I have EA account tied to my Nintendo Switch account that I can no longer log into as that email address no longer works. Every time I try to sign in it keeps telling me to verify that email address. Which isn’t possible as it no longer exists. Explained my situation today in ea chat. They were not helpful one bit. He made me confirm my email address and I.P address. All was correct the only thing I couldn’t confirm was when I bought my game which wasn’t off there website I brought it off the Nintendo store. I brought it ages ago over 4 years. He expected me to remember the exact month and year. I’m sorry but how do you expect anyone to remember that?! I have enough things to worry about. This is insane I even knew my password but still not enough! I’m so annoyed as now I won’t be able to play any EA games online on my switch. This needs a work around as this is not fair. Tbh I don’t think I will ever bother with anything they release again.
Over the past 2 months
Over the past 2 months, I have been playing Star Wars Battlefront ll, totaling 89 hours with substantial progress. I attempted to log in and after 3 attempts I finally, connected to the online server. When I get in the game all of my progress is gone I now have to start from scratch. To my surprise contacting EA Games support Is a big joke. THERE IS NO SUPPORT. We are paying for a subscription with no support. To me, this falls under the classification of "paying for services not rendered". Time to contact the Federal Trade Commission and force EA to respond to all of these complaints.

They are absolutely horrible. I cant access my account because it is linked to a dormant email account through mail.com (who is also horrible). Simply want to unlink my EA account from my Xbox but according to EA support its not possible without access to the dormant email account. AKA we have your Xbox hostage for EA games. Waited 20 minutes just for the chat, and the conversation was over in 2 min. EA sucks

Support is horrible. Selling game that does not work is a scam. Support does not care, poor customer service.
Lazy support people who give you random instruction, just to say they have tried to help, but none of their instruction is related to the issue. they just there for EA to say the least they have support which is a scam.
