The apartment and complex is very nice and very quiet. The checkin process was extremely easy with photos to further explain where to go. The apartment itself is clean and cozy. My only complaint is the parking garage. Very dark and traveling alone, it was scary coming in by myself

Bad experience since the very beginning.
Firstly not being able to verify details, and then trying to get access to the Latch app to unlock the unit. This was resolved after a couple of hours of struggling. Then struggling over a week to get a keyfob to enter the gym after hours.
Then the most frustrating part is the service relating to resolving an internet issue.
On Thursday morning 7 May 26, after 05:00 the internet stopped working. After returning home in the evening it was still down and contacted Landing support and said they have forwarded the issue to their "Wifi specialist team" or some special name.
The next morning, internet is still not available - Wifi is connected, able to access the router UI etc, but no internet activity, as if the bill wasnt paid or the internet service is discontinued. Created a new support ticket which wasnt helpful at all and not getting a response, called again Friday, said they are aware of it and someone will contact me, 24 hours later, absolutely no feedback and no resolution. Its been over 48hrs now without internet with Zero effort from Landing to resolve it.
I'm currently holding in another call with support probably to get the same empty promises.
It is weekend and cant even watch tv or do anything because there is no internet! Probably the most basic essential need. Very frustrating, disappointing and unacceptable. The latest response is that I will get a call back in 2hours, so lets see if that happens.
UPDATE: Only after finding the number of the area manager, I contacted him directly after which he said he will bring another internet router on the Sunday 10 May. So the internet issue has been resolved after nearly a week of struggling.
Communication and problem resolution definitely needs attention and improvement. Really frustrating visiting from another country and having this experience.

Booked through airbnb but they asked for credit card details outside of the platform (against Airbnb's policy), and refused access to the place that we had paid for unless we did so. This is extorsion, who knows what additional charges they would have made if we had done so.

It was clean and well organized. Everything was in very good condition, almost like new. All appliances and machines were working very well. Even when I found that the coffee machine was not working, you sent another working one in less than 24 hours.
I would like to ask — although it is not required at all — if you could provide some information about transportation, such as Metro trains and buses, and leave it in the apartment. This would be very helpful for people who are visiting the area for the first time.
Overall, I am very happy and completely satisfied with this experience.

Overall good experience but skeptical of future. Good quality apartment at good rate. Staff helpful, especially management, but defnitely hickups with the whole system to start. And information out of date or incorrect on mail, gate codes, parking, etc. Online website and mobile phone out of sync or something... places that say they are available for new customer on standby on website are not showing available to me for relocating. Also suspicious that it shows available apartment of same exact type in my same complex for same day i'm being asked to move out. Ultimately I am not concerned now because I was ready to move on, but otherwise it would make me feel like this is a scam.

I had to find an apartment within 5 days period due to personal matters and Landing got me approved and moved in right away!
The apartment was clean and well furnished and equipped with everything I could think of!
I will consider them for my long term travel from now on over other companies!

I want to recognize Aphiena for the exceptional support she has provided during my time with Landing Standby. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly communicative and friendly, making my transition into the program and into my current unit completely seamless.
What really stands out is how consistently she has gone above and beyond whenever issues came up. After I was bumped from units, Aphiena personally helped me identify and book new accommodations, turning what could have been a very stressful experience into something manageable and smooth.
One example that truly demonstrated her dedication was when the unit I moved into did not have working internet. Aphiena coordinated — and even personally helped obtain — three different hotspots until we found one with a strong enough signal to work properly in the apartment. That level of persistence and care made a huge difference for me.
She was also extremely proactive when two separate units I was scheduled to move into were unexpectedly not going to be ready in time. Rather than leaving me scrambling, she reached out immediately and helped me secure another unit quickly and efficiently.
Aphiena’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help have made a significant positive impact on my experience with Landing Standby. Employees like her are the reason customers feel supported and valued, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me.

The units are new, clean, and spacious. We stayed with this company many times and will continue. The cost is less than a hotel, but you get full kitchen, living room, separate bedrooms and 4 times the space.

I had a great experience with the landing at the location in BHM. The app had all the information I needed and I was able to self checkin and the apartment was awesome. Communication with April was great also.
The location felt very safe and it was walkable to coffee and food nearby. I didn't realize there was a pool and sky lounge until later but that was cool to see. Honestly was above my expectations and it did feel luxurious or reminded me of those kind of apartments. Not sure what else to say here. It was 2 people and the couch was very comfortable during the stay plenty of towels + free coffee and anything you need in an aparmtment.

This stay was the most comfortable and clean through and through! I was in Indy for a medical work assignment. I landed on the landing. Let me tell you! The apartment is so beautiful. I am a big interior design fan. This apartment gave me ideas. I’d call it Contemporary lavish from the paint selections on the walls ,the art, the countertops , the furniture, rug , bathroom, and don’t let me forget the bed! The bed was my personal favorite comfort for sure. But most importantly it sits high just like my bed at home. Very Clean , Very Grown, Very Demure🥰I felt so comfortable in this stay I cooked! Normally I don’t use the dishes in airbnb’s but this home was pristine the pans where stainless steel. Giving William Sonoma, I had to cook up a lovely Sunday meal. Customer service was amazing, quick responses. To the landing staff, you are amazing and helpful on all accords. I Thank You for a Lovely stay. You are the Best yet☺️☺️💕 p.s. the building is new the elevator is clean the floor and hall was staying on was also pristine. Perfection from the beginning to end. Thank you again 🤗

This was our first time making a reservation through Landing, and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean! But what we appreciated the most was the people we interacted with—especially John from Vanguard—who responded to our questions and needs immediately and handled everything efficiently and courteously.
We’re a bit sad that we only discovered them after my daughter graduated; we definitely would have stayed there again and again. We hope to use Landing again in the future.

The Village at Stetson Square was the perfect location to stay close to the University of Cincinnati! Our place was nice and clean and the general manager, Aaron Fazekas, was AMAZING!! He text back right away with answers to all of my questions and went above and beyond! He surprised us with a cake and card when he found out the reason for our stay was for our son’s graduation, as well as my birthday!! Happy to have found this place!
