The location and process upon arrival to check in was very easy -- take it from a road warrior who's seen his share of check-in processes. Nicely appointed in the lobby of the building as well as the unit we stayed in. We would definitely stay again and were disappointed we had to check out! Aaron Fazekas was our point of contact and he check in on us while also setting us up for success for our next stay on another property. Top notch service!

Fantastic stay - one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. I was warmly greeted and can't speak highly enough about the level of service and care. I was in town for my graduation and even received flowers from the owner. Love this place and highly recommend!

The onsite Landing Team of Cory and Erin are always so responsive. I never have any issues that are not addressed quickly and they follow back up with me after ward to close the loop and ensure my satisfaction. I would recommend The Landing to anyone in need of furnished housing.

Although I did experience a broken AC unit and bees swarming at the front window and having to move from one unit to another and then back to 101, I have to say that Chrystal because of her professionalism, Sweet demeanor, and her effectiveness to resolve the issues quickly. I would definitely come back.. You’ve got a great employee in Chrystal no doubt.

I spent four days at the property, and the apartment was amazing—so beautiful, with a fantastic location, just close to downtown. When I first booked our stay with Landing I must admit I was intimidated and a bit skeptical about how the process of obtaining entrance to the facility worked. However, once we arrived, I knew that we had made the right decision. This place was immaculate, had all of the amenities we had hoped for, all of the appliances, utensils, cookware, etc., were all of high quality, and the general manager of the facility went out of her way to send us detailed information about the surrounding area and where we could go to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay with Landing was assume. They provided everything we needed. We only had to bring ourselves, clothes and hygiene products. It felt like home.

Our stay at the Landing Vanguard Apts was overall a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities such as pool and gym were excellent. We were impressed with Landing employees Noor and John. Noor went the extra mile with his responsiveness, warmth, and helpful attitude. John also fixed our AC right away and was a pleasure to speak with. It is clear those that stay with Landing/Vanguard apts are well-cared for. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience over the last 5 mos on landings standby program. The accommodations have been great, apartments have everything you need. Well thought out. The standby program is well organized. I’ve also had great experience and personalized support from the manager Lisa at the St. Louis properties I’ve stayed at. Very responsive and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend landing!

Recently stayed in the Washington area and the area manager was incredibly helpful and kind. He is genuinely accommodating and willing to make sure you have a comfortable and welcoming experience. The emotional intelligence is ‘top notch.’ It is obvious why he was given the opportunity to be over this market. I stayed in Three Collective and sincerely want to thank you for the excellent experience.

We moved into an apartment and it was not properly cleaned from the previous renter. The air conditioning also did not work for five weeks despite multiple requests for repair.
Communication and resolution were barely existent throughout our stay. We were offered credits for the issues, but they were never applied and we were still charged in full and are now trying to dispute with our credit card company.
EDIT: Landing have issued the credit for the AC issue, however they have not removed the cleaning fee as promised.

Support thru Landing app has been prompt and helpful. The only slightly negative thing is that I am unable to upload photo when submitting a request. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the app, or user error!
