Hello Fresh is a life saver.
I do not have to walk through the shops wondering what to buy.

Taking away my biggest stress
I am loving being back in the hello fresh family again. One of the biggest stress of my week is worrying about what I'm going to feed my family each night, meal planning and shopping felt like it was taking over my life. Trying to balance the nutritional needs of two growing tweens and two adults on diets as well as keeping things interesting and catering to everyone's tastes preferences is exhausting! I love that I always have what I need in the amount that I need it, the recipes are easy to follow and I can pick foods we all love and know that the ingredients will be fresh all week.

Delivery is prompt and safe. The quality of the foods is excellent and more than enough for the two of us. I am enjoying the art of cooking and I am pleased to say my husband is enjoying most of the foods that you provide! He is hard to please and does like simple foods but I am finding more that he will accept.

Great for convenience
The convenience is great but the food quality and variety isn't. The customer support is pretty terrible. The voucher codes you're encouraged to pass on don't even give you the account credit advertised.

Accidentally signed up yesterday as I…
Accidentally signed up yesterday as I couldn't see a full range of what types of meals they actually did and it took me through steps and then hello I subscribed. So I get in contact straight away to help get this all canceled as I just wanted to see the meals. Chatted with the team online they assured me no charges will be made no delivery either so I gladly thanked them and went on with my day. Cut to today I wake with a notification from my bank that hello fresh is trying to take $356.00 from account not once not twice but 3 times they attempted to steal my money spoke to 2 people today both guaranteed me that the situation is fixed and they will not try and take money and its been fully dealt with...... No it hasn't stop trying to take money out of my account ive never been with the company I explained I was just looking at meals and you continue to try and take my money. I saw a lady 3days ago write on here with the same problem except your trying to take her debt collection over a box of food she never wanted and stopped subscribing too. So don't try me I will gladly take this company court 9ver your stealing ways!

We have been getting 3 meals a week for a significant period now. It is always good quality and the variety takes the pain out of deciding what to cook. Some of the dishes are restaurant quality delicious and the delivery is very reliable and frequent rewards and specials very welcome.
