Great customer service from Darianna. She helped me purchase a new fitness watch. As it was not available in store, she kindly ordered it from another store and it arrived on the day expected. New store is fab. Good selection of home products and really welcome addition to the high street.

The Staff member, Grey, at Sutton Coldfield store, went out of her way to be helpful & friendly. A great experience.

Maya processed my order quickly and very efficiently and also beside emailing she phoned to make sure all was OK.

Able to reserve with a 10% deposit and pick up in store. Great as it was to get a Dyson fan, needed urgently! All staff so friendly and Grace super helpful and also offered to carry it to my car. Park in Gracechurch level 1 and there is a door direct from the car park into the store. Will definitely be back.

Steve B in Sutton Coldfield gave such brilliant service to me today. After visiting a few days ago and speaking to someone who wasn’t as knowledgeable, Steve talked me through my options and helped me to understand the different functions of the cooker. I bought a cooker and a fridge freezer - both price matched and an excellent deal on delivery. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

I tried to cancel the order, had to call several times, been told lies. Very bad customer service.

The product (a Meaco fan) was displayed so it could clearly be viewed;
The sales assistant (Grey) knew about the product and was able to answer our questions;
She was also helpful in taking this and another product out to our car on the second floor of the Gracechurch car park.

Michelle in small appliances at the Gracechurch store was an amazing help at locating, ordering and seeing through my purchase. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing store and team...went on line, made the purchase and the team from the store called within 15 minutes to say that the item was ready, turned up and the team loaded it into the car! Excellent, highly recommended.

Popped in store today to pick up an air conditioner for my Dad who has COPD. Harvey Norman had stock when no one else did. Michelle and Jack were really helpful bringing the box out to me and loading it in the car. Love the staff and service here - you can view a wide range of products in the flesh which is so useful. Amazing to get such a great store back in Sutton. I wish them every success and will certainly shopping back in store soon.

The delivery men weren't helpful and didn't phone 30 minutes before they arrived!

The customer service and knowledge from both Hamza and Jaspreet was second to none. Really helped us and explained the differences between the laptops and knew which ones to recommend. Both Hamza and Jaspreet are a huge credit to Harvey Norman and through their excellent service we will certainly be back to purchase more home appliances etc when needed. Thank you both for such professional service which made the process so much easier.

We saw salesperson called Dee and explained what we were looking for. He was pleasant, informative about the furniture we were looking for, he demonstrated the mechanism of the sofa bed taking his time with us. As the furniture is for a static caravan he advised taking measurements of the doors and masking taping the floor to ensure fit. There was no hard sell and he said he would be pleased to see us when we had made our minds up. We went in yesterday to order. Dee served us and the service was great. Good old fashioned customer service.

I ordered online and within an hour had a phone call from Michael at Boucher to update me on stock. Once stock arrived in store I received another call from Michael to schedule delivery less than 2 days later! I was updated frequently on delivery time on the day - the delivery was even early! Very happy!

Gary was very helpful and made the transaction straightforward. He was knowledgeable and explained the differences between the models of iPad was buying.
