Harvey Norman delivery app was just brilliant. It allowed me to plan my day without worrying. So accurate. Delivery was on time. 2 guys were polite and efficient. Couches were put together in no time. Delighted with the service.

I was able to track my delivery and it arrived well with in the time stated . I was contacted a few minutes before delivery arrived which was really good. My table was replaced and assembled on the spot damaged table taken away. No mess , very professional and very pleasant tradesmen. Well pleased. 😌

Paige at Merry Hill went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of a freezer. We were travelling some distance to view one on the shop floor and, having reserved it for us, she even organised her break so she'd be available to help us when we arrived. Delivery was exactly as promised, with regular updates throughout. I'd absolutely recommend this store if this is the usual standard. All the staff were really cheerful and helpful - it makes such a difference and yet is a rare thing!

I want to once again commend Tracey from the bed department who has gone way over what she needed to do to assist me with my recent purchase. She has given up personal time to adjust my bed and been twice to sort it. The second time she also brought Connor, who ably assisted her with the lifting etc. I am so very impressed by the service I have recived from this store. Annette B

Bought a tumble dryer that was poor quality and faulty. Contact them 2 weeks ago. Had to chase them up to receive a call back saying they'll gets refund and return sorted. Haven't heard anything for 10 days. Can't get any response on the phone or email. Have contacted my credit card company to assist. Will avoid buying online with this company it shouldn't be this hard to get a return organised for a faulty product.

Update: This companies customer service is a joke. 3 days ago I sent my order and issue to the requested email in their reply to my review (despite my review detailing the order number on trust pilot - so they could actually do this themselves and reach out) and still no response. Harvey Norman have no interest in helping me as a customer or for abiding to their legal obligations of sales. They are just performing the act of care by responding to negative reviews without any genuine want to rectify the problem. It is approaching 3 weeks I have had a fault dryer in my house that I am not willing to keep.

I can’t say I’d recommend this store. I bought a TV over £2000 and was told this was a special order that they would order direct from Samsung to be shipped to me. No problem I thought, since if I bought the TV direct from Samsung, they can ship it to me next day so it’s clearly in stock and available. Over 3 weeks later, I am still without TV, still without an update, and still over £2000 out of pocket. My disappointment is not only that it is taking so long, but rather with the zero updates provided to me by HN, especially after I have contacted them numerous times, and have store managers Niki and Carl cc’d in the email trail too. Date of purchase was 17th June.

We bought a expensive mattress from HN. A problem with it after two weeks. Manufacturers problem not HN. Tracey the sales lady has been excellent, so helpful. Sorted it all out quickly and professionally. Very disappointed with manufacturers response as no help but HN willingly put it right with no extra cost, in fact replacement mattress was more expensive. Brilliant customer service which is so rare to find today. Well done to the HN, Manager, Tracy and all the team at Sutton Coldfield.

Demi was professional, helpful, she went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. She explained everything about my purchase to me before I made a final choice to purchase.

Gab was very patient with me and reassured me that all data from my old device would be present on my new device, the set up process was smooth and seamless. His calm and professional demeanor put my at ease and allowed me to feel comfortable that the job would be completed in a competent and professional manner.

I visited the Harvey Norman, Gracechurch, Sutton Coldfield to purchase an iPad and iPhone. I had no clue where to start. I am very grateful to the pleasant sales Assistant, Regen, who was very professional and patient with the service she offered; answering all my 20 questions with excellent knowledge on a range of products and did not try to over sell any products I looked at; but rather listened to my needs and recommending the exact products that would meet my needs. I left the store with a suitable iPad and iPhone. One very happy customer.

Later the same day I collected my items after the Tech Department did a great job setting up my new products.

Thank you to Ellie, another sales assisted who helped selects a few other products to add to my newly purchased iPad and iPhone.

All over, the store has and pleasant, professional, staff across the store. I’ll be shopping there again.

Today we purchased our lounge sofas and the service we received from Dee was exceptional. He spent time going through everything with us yesterday and we went home to check sizes etc.
I called with a couple of questions which he politely answered for me and today we went back to make our purchase.
Dee is very knowledgable, helpful, clear and we felt in good hands.
Thank you Dee and the wonderful team in the department.
