Beautiful item

Beautiful item, delivered fast.
Gift wrapping was an added service however it wasn't so great. Had it been wrapped better the experience would have ve been elevated from very good to amazing.

The website is easy to navigate

The website is easy to navigate and I got my wife a 9ct. tri-gold necklace and got earrings in 9ct and Mother of Pearl for our friend. They arrived beautifully boxed in plenty time for Christmas.

No engraving-disappointed

Ordered engravable bracelet with engraving for daughter’s birthday. When she opened it, it was not engraved. Huge disappointment.

Over priced for the item received

Over priced for the item received. Same 9ct gold bracelet found multiple times for half price elsewhere on a few occasions
Devastated I didn’t shop around more.

How they can charge so much in comparison is crazy

Ordered a belcher bracelet they sent a…

Ordered a belcher bracelet they sent a totally different item than illustrated on their website. When looking they have sent me the anklet they have pictured on their website not the bracelet which I actually like and ordered but they are stating they have sent out the correct item. So be careful when ordering from this company clearly the images on their website are not correct and you won’t receive the item you actually think your ordering.

We are very sorry about your experience with the bracelet you ordered but we did send you the correct item and is not illustrated any differently on our website and is exactly as pictured and described not sure why you would assume it is an anklet when it is clearly a bracelet, we have an entirely separate section for Anklets on our site. However, it's always best to check the size and dimensions on the product description before ordering as that would give you a better idea of what the actual bracelet will look like once received. We have sold many of this style of bracelet and no customer has ever confused this for being an anklet or has ever decided to return it, but it's absolutely fine that you were not satisfied with your purchase and have decided to return it to us for a full refund. Again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

No contact whatsoever

No contact whatsoever . When trying to call the phone number provided on both their website , and Facebook page.. none of them work.
Then I tried to contact via messaging their Facebook (as it stated on their website as another form of contact ) , however when doing so , it didn’t go through .
I’m currently in the process of waiting for a refund . But I’m getting no answer what so ever? How do I solve this please. It’s quite ridiculous and I need a refund asap ( I had a tracking put on the parcel , and it was received by 01/02 this month. Which will make it 2 weeks in a few days since you’ve received the parcel back. I need the refund so we can go ahead with looking for other potential rings . As the wedding is now next week ! I need an answer.

Website clearly states that ring sizer…

Website clearly states that ring sizer is free postage and was charged postage by post office as I presume the incorrect postage fee was paid by Harper Kendall. Apparently they are unable to refund this expense to me, so overall not impressed with customer service!

The ring sizer is free postage as described we are not sure why Royal Mail decided to charge you postage as we send out hundreds of ring sizers in the same way and have never experience any issues. However we already mentioned that we are quite happy to refund that for you but we not able to do that from our systems as that only allows us to refund the amount paid on your order but we refund the full amount via external payment system such as PayPal if you do not have Paypal then we would be to reimburse using any other method you provide to us. We apologise for any inconvenience.
