Glad I Purchased

Relatively quick delivery considering the product came all the way from China. I did not realize that this was the case when I placed my order (my fault).

APPEAR to be quality brushes but have yet to use. Immediately shipped 1/3 of my order to a friend. Pehaps in a couple of weeks my friend and I can better express our opinion on quality, but for now, at first inspection, the product looks great. And well-treated (with an oil of some sort) to prevent rusting.

Excellent price for product but...

Excellent price for product, it was shipped to U.S. no problem, delivery company had typo in address, took almost two weeks to contact me, still hasn't resolved the problem. Not specifically a Harfington problem, but they control the delivery company, so it reflects on them.
Edit: I do understand that you don't instruct the logistics company how to operate; what I meant by "control" was you decide who to use.

Not in stock, slow dispatch & under supplied.

I Ordered 30 qty of an I stock item on 3/5 with express international shipping.
Turns out the Item was not in stock so had to wait for back order.
As a result the item was not dispatched until the 10/5 which arrived 13/5 somewhat defeating the purpose of the expensive postage.
Only 12 of the 30 qty were supplied. I emailed Harfington only to be called a liar by Grace.
My question however was how did you supply 30 when they came in packets of 12? Did you split a packet??
The issue hasn’t been rectified.

Website shows wrong car info

The website said that m12 lug nuts would fit my car. It didn’t fit. The website was wrong; my car uses m14 lugs. They didn’t give me a hard time about getting money back, so that was nice.

took a punt on some air compressor capacitors got 2 for $23 instead of $80 where i live (Australia) took a couple of weeks or so for delivery but they came , massive savings more than happy to do business with such people and company instead of the rip off merchants in Australia great doing business Harfington
