Ordered a 6m roll of self adhesive stainless steel tape - I couldn't find a UK supplier and I ordered from Harfington. The roll arrived from China in 5 days - It is just as described - good quality - .8mm thick and has stuck on (to painted steel) really well. Hopefully it will last a long time. Very good value considering the free delivery too.

Only reason for 1 star is there is no provision for none. Terrible communication, only sent part of the order as per them and their tracking number only exists on the link they provide. Want your items fast and worry free???? This is NOT the place for you!

I made a purchase on their website a couple of weeks ago, and have heard nothing back. The order hasn't changed from the state "unfilled" since I purchased it a few weeks ago. I followed up with their customer support team, no reply. It's been weeks, and they have taken my money — no answer.

Harfington went overboard on the customer service for me! I purchases barrel bolt/sex bolts for my machine. I inadvertently oreder a size slightly too large for my use. I contacted Harfinger & stated the issue - lo & behold, she knocked costs from the total & ordered the correct sizes. WILL DO BUSINEES AGAIN!!

I ordered 8 legs. After 4 weeks with no update, I emailed and was told they were on backorder and would ship the following week. Another 4 weeks later, I received only 2 of the 8 legs. I asked to return them for a full refund since I now need to buy a different model elsewhere so everything matches. They offered a 25% refund if I kept the partial order. I declined and requested a return and full refund—then they stopped responding.
This delay set my project back significantly, and the lack of communication made it worse. If the items were backordered and they couldn’t fulfill the full order, they should have been upfront from the start. Very disappointing experience, and I can’t recommend this company.

They failed to ship my basic drill bit after 3 weeks, then the whole company went on vacation for another two weeks. There is no customer service number. If you order from Harfington, which is in China, all I can say is good luck.

Doing a small prototype project and needed a handful of bits and decided to try Harfington, and paid right away.
FOUR WEEKS later, no stuff. Not even a tracking number. They sent me an email during this time to let me know they were working on it, and every item was wrong.
I replied right away, and the latest email says they are closing for a week so everybody can stay home. Still no Tracking Number, not even an Order Status message. Immediately switching to another source. Cannot wait for possibly All Wrong Stuff.
