John & James were very friendly, polite and professional. Paul needed to go to the Doctor's so when I received the phone call to say they were around 20 mins away and I wasn't home I panicked but I was very pleased when John & James reassured me and popped to another job before mine...that was great.
They worked very quietly and on completion gave Paul a tutorial.....very thorough. It was the first time Paul had been upstairs in 2 years.
I was assured that the flashing light....reading E4 was fine and would be charging. I am curious to why the make on the chair was Brookes and not Halton?

Julie representative from.halton stairlifts was very professional and not at all pushy. Explained all options , we settled for a reconditioned lift and even got the colour to match the carpet!

Stairlift kept stopping unexpectedly. We reported the fault and two repair men attended at our convenience the following day. They arrived on time and were polite. They did a thorough check of the chair, identified the problem and tightened the loose connection.

I want to commend Kane Marsden for fitting my stairlift. He was friendly, efficient and helpful, especially when we discovred that it was not the model I thought I had ordered. This mistake was quickly resolved by the company.

Halton were quick and professional in everything. We needed a stairlift installing quickly to get a parent home and out of the hospital, and it was a week from first contact to lift installed.

Martin the installation engineer was friendly, neat and efficient.

From enquiring to ordering to fitting could not fault the service at all. When the fitter arrived on time fitted in just over an hour explained everything and ensured it was all working could not have asked more top service from start to finish

Aran the engineer was a very friendly and c heerful lad, explained everything how to use the stair lift when he had finished, ,he had a problem to start with the installation but persevered and everything turned out brilliant very friendly and helpful , thank you Aran.
