Got suckered into an ad that popped on my feed of an interesting product at a reasonable cost that made it worth looking into. NO WHERE did it say anything about subscriptions. After buying the item... See more

Seems like I'm not the only one
Seems like I'm not the only one. I just had a $99 attempt on my card after purchasing a $1 course 3 days ago. Didn't know what the $99 were from so I Googled and then went to my email, so now here we are. You guys are scammers.
Today is Jan 21 and they just tried again to charge $99 on my card. Whatever you guys are doing, cancel me. I tried requesting a password to log in to cancel and you guys can't send a link because you don't recognize my email address...meaning I don't have an account with you.
And the email address is the only one I would use. So I did not use a different email address.

I was very annoyed with gurugo
I was very annoyed with gurugo. I signed up for $1.00 and got charged 3 lots of $24.90 at the same time.
It's not a good site to use.
I want my subscription cancelled and the money refunded since it is shown that if you don't find it any good you can get your money back within 21 days.

I have terrible experience with this company. Unfortunatelly I didnt check the reviews. I have orderred one courses for 1 dollar and I was charged 99 dollars next day. I have contacted the support and they offer me more and more courses! I dont even want to open a course I have bought! I want my money back. They force me to go through the course and be in contact with mentors for 21 days! I have send them many emails and got a survey without resolving the issue.

Unauthorized subscription
UPDATE 2
My bank has now successfully reversed the charge via chargeback after reviewing the evidence. The refund was granted on the basis of unauthorized subscription and deceptive billing practices.
If you are affected by the same issue, I strongly recommend contacting your bank/card issuer promptly and disputing the charge. Document everything.
UPDATE
I have now filed a chargeback with my bank and submitted a complaint to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding this unauthorized subscription and obstructed cancellation.
Other affected consumers may wish to do the same and document this conduct.
Unauthorized subscription, negative option billing, and dark patterns
I purchased a single course only. The checkout process did not clearly disclose that this purchase included a subscription or recurring charges.
I was subsequently charged for a subscription I did not knowingly authorize, which constitutes negative option billing. After researching, I found multiple consumers reporting the same issue.
The website uses dark patterns and does not provide a clear or verifiable method to cancel the subscription, raising serious concerns about ongoing unauthorized billing.
If you experienced similar issues, you may file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov, and you may also contact me so affected consumers can coordinate and document this conduct collectively.

VERY DISAPPOINTING – FEELS MISLEADING
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. They attract customers with a low-priced course, but after payment an additional screen suddenly appears, asking you to confirm something without clearly explaining that this results in an extra purchase or subscription.
Before you realize it, you have made multiple purchases that were never clearly communicated. This does not feel like honest business practice, but rather a deliberately misleading sales tactic.
What makes it even worse:
There is no realistic refund option
They hide behind strict and lengthy terms & conditions
“Accidental purchase” is completely dismissed
Once you click the wrong button, you are trapped. Customer support shows no real understanding or flexibility.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing anything from this platform.
This was a very frustrating experience. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this platform

Scammers - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING
I bought a 1$ course from this website and a few days later my bank notified me I was charged an additional 99$. I didn't make this purchase and I don't know how they managed to withdraw money from my credit card without having access to my password. Very very shady conduct all around. Don't be mistaken by the low prices, or the professional looking payment system on their website, it's a total scam to get your bank details.
I cancelled my credit card and went through a lot of headache, on top of that, I still don't know if I can get my money back.
To that AI bot that keeps replying to these complaints, do not bother. There's no transparency to your "business", you're just glorified scammers.

Charging without any notification
Charging without any notification! Charged almost 100 usd! Never confirmed anything
Had to block card
UPD: contacted by a company and problem remains. Even with clear description of right violation with reference to law, they refuse to listen
No solution provided. Internal rules seems to be above state laws

GURUGO IS FRAUD. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD
They will will sell you 1usd or 4.99usd program and as soon as they get your credit card details they will charge more. Mine was 35usd and 99usd. They didn't confirm first before they charge. And they wont refund. Any of victims here. Please go to gurugo.online in Instagram and report them as fraud/scam. Hopefully no more victims.

Warning: Unauthorized Charges and Scam Alert
I saw an ad on Instagram claiming I could try a course for just $1, so I decided to invest. To my shock, I was immediately charged for two additional courses of $35 each without my consent. My bank card had to be blocked immediately to prevent even more unauthorized charges.
On top of that, I never received any information on how to access the course, and despite submitting a complaint, there’s been no response or refund.
This is a complete scam. I strongly advise anyone not to buy anything from this platform, you risk losing your money and receiving no support.

This is a TRAP!! - a BIG trap!
I can only repeat what others have written already - stay away. I signed up for a small course $4,99 - and now they charged $99 from my card.
I wrote at once when I saw trhe mails, that "I have bought all these products", and I wanted them to refund, but no answer.
Stay away - be smarter than me. I normally always check Trustpilot, but I didn´t this time.
What a pitty :(
And don´t take their comment to my experience seriously (further down). No, they will not sort things out. They simply offer this and that for the mess. I have tried. But who is interested in anything at all from that company. Stay away!!!

This is a trap
This is a trap. Be extremely careful.
Once they obtain your financial details, they start withdrawing money from your bank account for courses you never authorized.
I only made a small initial purchase, and after that they began charging me for courses I never requested or approved.
Even after I sent a formal complaint and demanded a refund, they charged my account again the very next day for another course I never bought.
This is an abusive and deceptive practice.
I have reported the charges to my bank and am taking further action.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Stay away from Gurugo Online Cheyenne
Stay away from Gurugo Online Cheyenne. Complete scam and fraud. The course I signed up for online, Ballet Basics, did not even exist. (following an ad seen on FB and Instagram several times) 2 days later they charged me $72 & claimed it was a subscription. Yeah? Subscription annually? - then I was told was monthly! Subscription for a whole bunch of lifestyle courses that I had absolutely no need of!! They then said this could be an annual subscription & finally a lifetime subscription for the $72. fuqqin'ell! They further added that t's&c's for a refund I had to try courses for a 1 month streak to then tell them if I didn't want the courses package. Notime did I ever click any agreement to any subscription by mistake - they are a total scam & not only that their few 5* reviews are obviously doctored/arranged by themselves in their own interests.
28/12/25 You replied to me as - I just want to ask you why other reviewers, independently to myself have expressed similar findings to myself. You behave like charlatans and fraudsters and still demand my money and my time. None of us have any confidence in you and will not waste time searching for what you did not deliver in the first place and for demanding money from us while withholding all upfront declaration that this was not a $19 one-off payment but tying us into a $71 monthly subscription. I got in touch with you within the cooling-off allowance of 14 days. Still, you attempt to do anything but cleanly and clearly refund amounts taken by fraud. Disgusting! I have no confidence and no wish to deal with you going forwards, unless you graciously change your policy and advertising.
