Best customer experience I've ever had

"What made your experience great, and what is this company doing well?"

After I bought a course, I faced some issues, misunderstandings with payments. Naturally, I was frustrated and wrote to the company expressing my dissatisfaction. That’s when things took an unexpected turn.

What made my experience great was the way their manager, Sofia, handled the situation. She responded very tactfully and politely, never dismissing my concerns. Instead of just apologizing, she took real initiative. I was honestly shocked — in a very positive way. Her willingness to listen and find a fair solution turned a stressful moment into an amazing outcome.

What this company does well is clear: they know how to turn a problem into an opportunity to build trust. Their customer support, especially Sofia, shows genuine empathy and a problem-solving mindset. They don’t just fix issues — they go above and beyond to make things right. Thanks to their constructive approach and open dialogue, we reached a consensus that left me truly grateful.

Highly recommended for their outstanding service and client-first attitude.

Be of Gurugo

Be aware that Gurugo has been trying to charge my card without my authorization for several weeks. This unethical business practice should serve as a serious warning to potential customers about this company's dishonesty.

If there was a zero rating i’ll give it .
it was 1$ so i thought ill open the website and check , after that next thing i know i got charged $39 and then 3 days later i got charged $89.i don’t ever recalling trying to subscribe to all these , . i never did . there was no subscription.
contacted the customer team , they won’t refund the money . no matter what they wouldn’t refund it .
no where in plain sight it talks about subscription when you open it .
they just scan and rob you.
they have robbed me .
please stay away and don’t get lured into . they are doing business by robbing people .

This is a spam.
You sign up for a trial course, and after a few days they charge you $20–$60 or even more for a monthly subscription. Many companies do this, and that’s not the problem.

The real problem is how non-transparent their course description is. It’s extremely unclear when exactly the trial ends and when the charges will start. You can easily miss it and get charged without even realizing it.
This feels misleading and intentionally confusing. A company that respects its customers should clearly state when the trial ends and when the subscription fee will be charged.

Sell 1 Course for 0,99$ - Charge 60$ for a monthly subscription

They offer 1 course at 0,99$ to check it out, and do not announce clearly (as in the best scam practices it is buried in a long T&C document), that this 0,99$ is a a trial cost, and in 3 days you will be charged 59,99$ monthly for a subscription you never asked for. And once you try to cancel it - they will make it almost impossible to get your money back after false advertisement.

Gurugo

Stay away from this company I tried a trail for think about £4 and within three days they charged me approx £70 when I said I didn't want the subscription and don't remember the subscription using support they would not refund. All other apps give you grace time to get refund. This company will not give you a refund be careful so I now have a app paid for that I do not use.

This company will charge you 60 euro per month subscription after 3 days trial.
It is a common dark pattern in marketing. Any company that uses such a dirty way getting into your pocket and take your money at any cost without any remorse after contacting them and explaining that you did not intend to purchase it. That speaks for itself that it is a scam company. Your karma is on your way. Do not trust them when they trying to convince you to stay. You are eligible to get your money back under EU consumer protection law. So contact your bank and start a dispute and you get your money back.

I signed up for a trial on Multiple unauthorized charges after trial

I signed up for a trial on this platform and was later charged five times without clear or explicit consent.

These were recurring charges that I did not authorize. The information about billing was not transparent.

I did not use the service, cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charges, and contacted support requesting a refund.

The company refused to refund the money, referring to their internal policies.

After researching, I found many similar complaints from other users describing the same pattern.

I have reported all charges to my bank and initiated chargebacks.

Be extremely careful with trial offers and subscriptions on this website.

Excellent customer service

I wrote a frustrated message to the gurugo.pro support team because I could not find some of the courses I was looking for and did not see an option to manage my subscription.

I was contacted by a manager, Sophia Bennett, who calmly, kindly, and very professionally answered all my questions. I was also offered additional options beyond what I had originally requested in order to correct my initial impression.

This approach made a strong impression on me and earned my respect for the level of customer care demonstrated by gurugo.pro. I remain a loyal user and hope to gain maximum value from the materials generously provided on the website.
