I haven't had but 2 Spam calls. I've had a bunch of Em that you blocked. And a bunch of emails that you blocked

Once again Gaurdio came through for me when I brought them an issue I found very confusing, but a chat with Taylor has cleared it all. He explained in detail why and how the issue occurred and then suggested what steps I needed to take to resolve my issue to protect me from it happening again. And it's that kind of service and protection Gaurdio gives me that makes me feel safe while I'm using the internet. Don't go on the internet without protection you're taking a huge chance on getting you're info stolen. But with Gaurdio you'll have not worries, they're job is to protect you and your info from being stolen. Thank you again Gaurdio for the expert service and your awesome customer service you provide .

What is wrong this time? I would be happy if you answered that question yourself. I have already paid for a month protection. And you're saying I'm still at risk. Well, are y'all not doing your job?

So far, GUARDIO has informed me of breaches in security and helped me resolve them. It has kept me from malicious sites as I do online shopping.

Good communication with Taylor. The only negative is that prices are quoted in US$ which can cause errors in countries like Australia who use $ of lesser value

Guardio had helped with spam. Unwanted ads. Definitely worth getting it.

I applied to subscribe to Guardio. They offered $10.99 a month for a year. They then took out a year's payment. They killed any trust I had in them. They did convert me to monthly payments at $18.99 a month. I still feel ripped off. The way they presented their offer was misleading at best. I can't help but think it was presented that way on purpose. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about them.

Guardio has always gave me and my family a piece of mind. Knowing our internet protection is safe means more. They knew I was having hard time and was willing to work with us. Means more than they know. Victor and Tiffany were awesome with their support and help! Guardio should be proud of them.

I had absolutely no problem with asking them questions and they replied very quickly. I highly suggest you get guardio it watches all scams and stops them.

Great experience. It stopped me from going to malicious sites from social media numerous times. I’m now expanding to the duo plan to get my husband and his phone and email addresses connected

When I signed up for Guardio in September 2025, I failed to notice that they ran a duplicate charge 1 week after the first charge on the same email paid the same way. Now that I discover THEIR ERROR a year later they say it is past the 3 day cancellation period. I had but 1 account and they charged me for 2. That is fraud. I was not planning to renew as I did not get much IF ANY benefit so when I got a notice that my subscription was going to cancel as they could not run the charge thru, I did not bother cancelling since it was already taken care of. However, somehow they got the charge thru and when I noticed it a week later, they said it was past their refund period. Who is going to protect us from the company that supposed to be protecting us?

They catch a lot of bad things that none of us are even aware is going on in our phones or computers! They let you know what they catch too! And they evidently care very much as they respond when I have a question!

Guardio has been extremely helpful in blocking spam and potential scam websites & emails. The customer service is excellent with quick responses for any questions.
