I, fortunately, have not encountered problems of any nature for a while. Today that changed with a questionable text sent to me & I was unable to log into my account or reset my password so I could verify this text was definitely not sent from Guardio. I was able to request help. With an immediate response from Taylor & her detailed instructions, I was able to change my password, sign in & verify my account was active.
To the rescue once again & my Peace of Mind intact!!

This software has saved me several times when I had problems with my PC. After I installed Guardo, it blocked me from some sites I had used before. Soon, my strange locking-up issues went away. I have to credit Guardo for that. The sites must have been bad.

Now days you have understand the lack of so called privacy that we are subjected to on an hourly, daily basis. Websites no doubt have their customers best interest in mind but the internet trolls have different plans. Personally, I'm not smart enough to keep up with it. The ad said that it was $9.99/mo so I subscribed to it..when I noticed that they charged me $95.88 and then another charge of $119.88 I tried to cancel it the same day…
it was a big circle jerk between them and PayPal..they finally refunded my $$ after 30 days but I get even more spam calls and texts now and my iPhone runs slower…think twice before subscribing to this because customer service says that they bill you for 3 years in advance even tho you are only expecting to pay monthly..oh, and you can’t even lodge a complaint with the better business bureau because they only let you file a complaint if the company is in the US or Canada and they are based in Israel..

Buyer beware. Completely bogs down IPhone when on internet. Some sites do a two factor authentication and by the time the code arrives the site times out. Generally websites load very slow.
They do not offer any partial refunds. Responses seem to be AI generated.
