From being a customer who bought all their weekly shop at Morrisons we now spend 20% and the rest at Aldi. What is wrong with them? Well you have to watch as each item is charged and either call some... See more

morrisons now massive joke
Morrisons as a whole is a great store, and we have been shopping at the huddersfield branch for over 15yrs, and never really had a problem though if we did they were fantastic. the staff are all lovely and always friendly and up for a chat. but the new morrisons now is a joke and the reason for the 3 star review as i cant find anywhere for the actual morrisons now reviews. we have used them twice and both times was just not good, the first time we had substitutes but wasnt aware untill the delivery got here no messages on the app or anything, so it was a good job those of us who had subitutes for there food wasnt allergic to any of it. and the second (and last) time, we put in an order on the morrisons now section, giving it the benifit of the doubt but nope it was even worse. said stuff was out of stock, but then when given subs said that the exact product was infact in stock for a couple of them, then we waited an hour and a half for it (baring in mind its meant to take an hour max) rung the store automated responce said you had to call head office which i did and was told that if its not been collected by the driver within 90mins then it doesnt get delivered and you dont get warned either. the customer service orperator didnt seem to care much about it. baring in mind i mentioned that it was for my kids tea tonight but got a half assed appology no comp or anything just a wait for email for cancellation and then contact your bank to get them to release the funds back to us or wait upto 7 working days for it to be returned. ended up having to go to the store its self and lo and behiold EVERY SINGLE ITEM they said was out of stock was in fact NOT out of stock and some of the items were even pretty full. so morrisons now? i wouldnt even try it, i would just shop instore instead.

Rotten veg and no refund it seems
I put in a Morrisons order using Ubereats.
I received the wrong peppers which I was refunded for. I then noticed that I had three lots of veg in my order that were rotten.
1 rotten swede
1 bag of rotten, weeping & mouldy parsnips
1 bag of very brown & weeping (so obviously off) cauliflower/broccoli mix.
Why they think it's ok to send out veg that's only fit for the bin is beyond me.
Weirdly I don't tend to have this problem when I order thru justeat or directly from Morrisons. It only happens thru Uber.
Uber are messing me about and it seems I won't be refunded for the rotten vegetables because ubers policy on refunds is dire.
Morrisons ppl like me can't afford to have half of my weekly veg arrive mouldy and rotten and then not get my money back for it.
U should be ashamed sending out veg in that state!

Poor service
Poor service, used to order from Morrisons a lot and never had many problems.
Received an offer of free delivery and money off my shop so took advantage of the offer.
On the day of delivery the fridges broke, not the drivers fault. However very poor communication received. Did not know about this until the time of delivery.
Only received the food cupboard items as the fridge items were no good.
As this was 9.00pm on a Sunday night unable to get anything else for my son’s school lunches.
Phoned Morrisons to ask if I could have all the fridge items delivered the next day. The reason I was having them delivered was because I couldn’t get out to the shops.
Luckily there was a slot available. All the items had to be reordered again.
Morrisons didn’t offer to re deliver they had to be refunded and reordered.
Was offered some more points for the inconvenience, which I did not receive.
Not going to bother with a Morrisons online shop again.
Too much hassle.

Morrisons Now Order
Placed an order through Morrisons Now to their Chorley Store - No communication after 1 hour of placing the order. Substitutes were then applied which I couldn't reject online, phoned through to their telephone operator to be informed that the driver had collected the order.
Update - I did not receive the tracking link and spoke with a different operator who was able to speak with the store and issue the link. Awaiting refund for incorrect substitutions.

None Existant Custmer Service
I visited your Up Hatherley store, I was wrongly charged for an item at your self checkout, when queried this with a member of staff, they told me the price would be adjusted when I paid. I paid, the price was not corrected so I had to go to customer service, where I stood for over 15 minutes waiting for a member of staff to turn up. Several members of staff walked past to tell me there should be someone there, but not going to try to find anyone. When I was finally served not a word of apology for the wrong pricing or the lack of staff. I do wonder how many wrong priced items are being missed. It does not make me want to use your stores again

I recently stayed in Birmingham
I recently stayed in Birmingham. I stayed at the premier inn on great park rubery and thought how lucky I was to be right next to a Morrisons superstore. . I was wrong 😑 OMG the store was an absolute disaster. The aisles were in total disarray, it made me feel as if there had been an earthquake and I had slept through it . The floors were dirty the shelves were empty, nothing g was in its rightful place, and this was only halfway through the day. When I went back at the end of the day,(and only because it was an emergency) I walked in and after searching for what I wanted , turned right back round and left . This store is an absolute disgrace. I live up north and I am a regular Morrison shopper . The difference between the two stores is unbelievable. It’s a big store being wasted .

I have just paid £4 for a box of tasteless green leaves and a few cheese crumbs called a ploughman's lunch.
I have been a customer of Morrisons for many years and watched the quality and value drastically decline over the years but today after my very disappointing lunch I have vowed never to use Morrisons again if there is any other alternative, thank goodness for Aldi.

I wanted to leave a review for Jane…
I wanted to leave a review for Jane from the Margate store. I had to take a sneaky look at her name badge today, but I wanted to mention how friendly and lovely she is. She is consistently kind and helpful at the self-help checkouts when I have seen her there, and is by far the nicest member of staff that I have met at the Margate store. She could possibly train up a couple of the non smiley gentleman that are there sometimes. ;) Thank you Jane!

Went to the Holderness Rd store on…
Went to the Holderness Rd store on sunday 28/06/2026 at 2.45 as we wanted to have a meal in the cafe only to be told no hot food available and heard her saying to another customer that it was because they were short staffed, but I could see at least 3 staff which is the normal amount. Another 8 people came in after us too that were also turned away. They still had to be toasted sandwiches on sale but was told there was no way of cooking it!!! in which case, why have them out on display? very dissapointing service indeed.

(Greenock Store) Gone downhill
(Greenock Store) This store has gone dramatically down hill the past while. Intermittent broken freezers, water all over the aisles (Health and safety would have a field day), Very limited frozen foods etc. A real shame as the staff are very good, and must also be sick of complaints. Sorry Guys, but today was the last straw. Plenty of competitors locally who don't have these issues. I feel sorry for the staff.

Daily
Corby 165 Farmstead Road
Terrible shop with terrible customer service. One member of staff is constantly standing at the entrance smoking cigarettes, with the smoke blowing towards customers, which is very unpleasant.
I also witnessed the way they treated a customer with an assistance dog—it was absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable.
The service is rude, the shop is often dirty, and the products are frequently not fresh. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Morrisons Now - they don’t turn up
Tried using the Morrisons Now service. Ordered at 12pm by 4.15pm realised the order hadn’t been delivered. My account shows “preparing your order”.
Pointless offering a speedy service that doesn’t get you your groceries.
Won’t use again

Morrisons used to be our favourite…
Morrisons used to be our favourite supermarket but now I wouldn’t give them a penny. This used to be a top brand especially on fresh produce but it’s all gone wonky.
The last visit too Morrisons Hoddesdon. Fridges melting, mouldy tomatoes and out of date products. Not by a couple of days but several days. It now gives the impression that the whole place needs a total refurbishment as do some of the staff. Lastly it is also now very expensive which adds to the above. It would be better off shut. Whoever manages this store should also be made accountable. Absolutely Terrible.

Customer beware re 'and more' card
And more card fraudulent. Went round shop today and none of the offers came off at the till. Went to customer services and my card had scanned correctly and points recorded but offers had not come off. When I said to the customer rep that many people may be getting ripped off she said they should check their receipt! Not am very sorry we will sort this systems failure out immediately as she should have said. The customer should not have to chase after them. Astoundingly poor service and fraudulent behaviour

Morrisons cause's unessary harm to vulnerable customer.
I am a vulnerable mental health customer, with physical disabilities as well.
I ordered food On Friday 26th June for delivery on Saturday 27th June between 20.30-21.30, i recieved an email stating it would now be 22.12-22.32 for delivery, and it was out for delivery.
IT NEVER TURNED UP.
I called customer serivices on Sunday 28th, asking for a refund, as I needed to go shopping, this was at 9am. They called the store, who said they could not cancel it until the driver had returned. I waited all day, no refund. Considering I am one who is on welfare for my disabilities, I had no other income to go shopping.
I eventualy recieved my refund at 19.30 last night, when all the supermarkets were closed.
I have been without food since Friday night, its now Monday morning at 11am. No phoen calls from customer serives, or executive team to check on my welfare.
Morrisons are an absolute shit show, they are a total disgrace. The Fish Rots From The Head Down.
I HAVE NOW ISSUED COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MORRISONS.
I was offered a £5 pound voucher for my experince, even though I had not eaten for 3 days.... There fault. I was offered £50 3 days later, but at that point I had already commenced court proceedings, and teh amount offered was not enough for teh harm caused. They seemed totaly not interested, and was constantly told they would review it, however there platform will not change in regards to refunds and cancelations, so they have openly admitted they will not change. Can you imagine, if that would of been a young lady, with young children, with no friends or family for support!!!
Don't try and palm me off, you need holding accountable for your failures. I going to court, not becuase of money, becuase of teh sheer principle of the matter, as they dont get what harm they cause.
I hope the national press is informed, they need to be shown up for who they really are.
My local CMHT, at CWP, Cheshire Wirral Partnership, have kindly contacted the local food bank for me, so at least I now have shopping in.

The website is a fraud
The website is a fraud.
They advertise offers for new customers, and then once you create an account, prepare all your cart meeting all the terms and order minimums, the offer doesn't work and they force you to pay the full amount.
Customer support does nothing about it, and it's overall a waste of time and a scam.

This is the last time I shop at…
This is the last time I shop at Morrisons. I was in Woking doing part weekly shop. At the entrance there we bottles of wine for half price. I got to the cash desk no 7 the cashier told me it was £12 a bottle I insisted it was NOT ... and added if that is so you can keep the bottles. I then was about to go when I saw a security guard who advised I go to customer service to which I reply "I've better things to do than alert customer service on a Sunday." How is it possible that a big shop like Morrisons does not label their goods correctly. Asda and lidl have bottles cheaper than £5. I'll take my custom elsewhere. addendum I just checked my bill and they overcharged me for the chocolates. It was £5 but they charged £7. Is it possible Morrisons are taking their customers for a ride. Shame on you.
