Very slow delivery no phone communication
Fantastic product but waited ages for my order to arrive with no communication about the delay.hence my poor review.
It was almost too late to plant my tomatoes by the time my quad grows arrived
On phoning there was no answer which might have helped. I was going away so I needed to communicate this in case they arrived while I was away.

Finally got the problem sorted, my address was incorrect on my account! Had to refund the first order and then re order, which arrived promptly!

Terrible, also no communication from company with updates on status of order.
My experience apparently is not an isolated case.
They cannot continue like this.

Ready to see what the hype is all about!
Thought I’d leave a review as seen there was a few people upset with delivery times. I ordered my Quadgrow on Friday evening and it came 10am Wednesday morning. Delivery was quoted as 5-7 days so I’m more than happy with that. Just finished getting it all set up and really excited to see the results having seen the success a lot of others have had. Tempted by a lot of other stuff on the site and I’m sure I’ll be back! Faultless service in my experience, buy with confidence.

I normally give 5 stars to Greenhouse Sensation. This time, the item I had ordered had a lengthy delivery delay. They were really good and apologetic at keeping me informed about the delay, but I would have preferred to have known about it at the time I placed the order so that I could plan my schedule.

Disappointed with customer service
Following delivery of the hydropod I sent an email requesting information and also explaining that some foam discs were missing.
Thus was over two weeks ago and I am still awaiting a response Disappointed.
UPDATE 2 foam discs arrived in the post but still no response to the query. NOT the impression that the response to tge review from Kate gives which implies someone has contacted me and resolved it. VERY POOR!

My most recent order took almost 2…
My most recent order took almost 2 weeks to arrive!
After saying it would arrive in 3-5 working days.
I emailed after a week to see if my order had been processed as I needed the items for my greenhouse before I left for holiday, this email wasn’t replied to for 5 days.
The reply then said ‘your delivery will be with you the next day’ which it was.
Having shopped with you for years, I found this service very disappointing and unacceptable.
