The greenhouse is as expected
The greenhouse is as expected, replacing a much older and smaller one from Elite (pre 1990). All seems to be working well, although regular creeking from the automatic louvers can be a bit unnerving.

Customer service eventually proved to be excellent.
I had an unfortunate experience with an unsatisfactory item a few months ago and when the fault was repeated earlier this month I was very disappointed.
However the service I received this time was exemplary and the fault corrected on both items.
I can now endorse their claim of having an excellent customer service and excellent products!

Quadgrow Review
Purchased a pair of quadgrow planters last year for this years growing season, to compare with my existing drip system for tomatoes in pots. Very impressed , maintenance is so low and the constant water availability has meant no blossom end rot on the plants in the quadgrow. I suppose the best recommendation i can make is that I have ordered 8 more to move over to quadgrow entirely in the greenhouse. The only negative is I feel the supplied plant feed is a little high in nitrogen, while the plants were healthy and productive there was a lot of leaf growth compared with the plants fed in pots with conventional tomato feed.

Regarding the Nitrogen in our Nutrigrow Plant Food, it does have a higher level than a conventional tomato feed. This is because the nutrient is designed for a wide range of fruiting and flowering plants, and helps ensure leafy growth, allowing the plant access to light during the initial growth phase.
If the leaf growth is an issue, one way to combat it would be to supplement with a PK boost. However, the plant will still produce really well without, as you said!

Our Quadgrows were on sale, but our nutrients were not, and this was not stated anywhere.

I purchased two hydroponic units and…
I purchased two hydroponic units and another quadgrow in the spring, I was assured my crop of tomatoes would be double with half the plants, it is at least double. I have never had success with cucumber and peppers were so so, in the quadgrow they have been fantastic. Excellent products.
