Great service, no quibble problem resolution
Fast delivery service, items well-wrapped. I had a problem with one item (third party) that broke due to misleading photos on packaging. Greenhouse Sensation provided me with a new one without quibble. I am very impressed by this company although this is the first time I have bought from them. I would buy from them again without question.

Great after sales customer service
Purchased a Vitopod Heated propogator and an extra layer from these ready for the following spring.
Fast forward 5 months to the spring and started using the vitopod with no issues, came to use the extra layer (still in its delivery box) to make it taller and a couple pieces were damaged. Messaged Greenhouse Sensation about the damage and they didn't hesitate to send me replacement parts to get me going again. Top after sales service.
4* from me as i believe the pieces should of been checked prior to sending out but they made good by getting me replacements sent out quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again and no doubt ill be buying another extra layer come next spring.

Hydropod happiness
Very happy with my Hydropod. Already potted up some rooted cuttings. Glad I went for 60 modules as it’s full most of the time. Easy to set up and use. i think having the heater for water tank was a good idea to maintain constant conditions.

Excellent customer service
Excellent company. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and the product arrived Tuesday morning. I then had a problem with leakage and the team were quick to respond to my email. Scott from the team was then incredibly helpful and sorted the problem via email and phone calls (faulty tap at my end, not their equipment). I will certainly be recommending them to others and will buy from them again.

What can I say. this is an excellent product.Planted some scrappy tomatoe plants 2ft High. In 4weeks the plants had grown into healthy 6ft high plant looking forward to next year when I can use them for a whole season.

Linking new 25l hoiday butt to old butt fittings
My 25l holiday butt broke and was replaced with the new one with a tap but no means of connecting to my Quadgrow and Chilli planters.
They eventually sent me a suitable connector free of charge which works well

I ordered a water butt timer my…
I ordered a water butt timer for my greenhouse plants due to my impending holiday. It arrived within two days, unfortunately it didn't work. I emailed your customer service and received a message after two days. I was somewhat vexed as the available time to set up the irrigation was fast disappearing. However the reply was that I was being sent a replacement due to arrive in three days. It in fact arrived the next day and has been set up with four days available to tweak it before I leave. Excellent service. No quibbling. And a super service.
