Good company
We ordered a professional clean after renting a house for a few years in London. This was good and Daniel on the accounts team was a great representative and was there for us when we needed him

Be careful. They are extremely unprofessional and biased. The way they operate is by doing a superficial check in report and the check out report they try point out as much as they can, even making up topics that are not true and were not reported in the check in.
You should have your photos and videos as back up proof, because they will try to take your money as much as they can.
They take dozens of photos in the check in inspection and hundreds in the check out inspection so to argue that the tenant left the property in a bad shape. They do not compare apples to apples and overall just super unprofessional.
Really good experience with Green Kite for years. On the ball with everything and they produce brilliant reports.
Excellent booking service and comprehensive check-in/out reports.
Not very impressed. The check-out report was casual and did not go into detail. They did not provide the details of the utility suppliers as requested and they double charged (the agents and myself) for the job. Nor did they apologise for this when I flagged it. Not very correct. All in all very sloppy work.
If you are a tenant, be aware if you see Green Kite as your inventory report provider.
They are extremely casual in checkin. I read through the report, found several things missing thus took pictures and contacted property agent to ask for a revise.
And in the checkout report they would highlight those faulty parts (the one they didn't specified in the checkin but being spotted by me when I moved in) to make it seems like your fault. The report might be falsely prepared as they would mark things that are originally in the flat before checkin as things "added after checkin". I am glad I kept pictures and evidence of the property condition when I moved in to save me from trouble.
Remember in UK it's the landlord pays for the inventory, no surprising that landlords love them cause their report is in favour of landlord to claim costs.

I use Green Kite for all my inventories and check out inspections, I find their availability and their professionalism unparalleled with anyone else. Would definitely recommend them to all.

I had the same person check me in in December 2019 and check out August 2020. He was extremely inconsistent. During my check-in he left somewhat minor things caused by the previous tenant out but in the check-out these things had been included. This meant that the letting agency charged me for repairs that had nothing to do with me.
He was also 45 minutes late which I was not happy about as I had already rearranged my hours for work that day. He wasn’t apologetic which I found a little bit rude. Whether it's your fault or not if you have inconvenienced someone by that much time at least show an inkling of remorse. Is that asking too much nowadays? I was therefore unable to monitor what he was doing as I had to get to work. He wasn’t wearing a mask either. He may have had his reasons but I'm just going off my observation.
I’d like to hope this one individual doesn’t represent the whole company but because of the dispute I had because of his inconsistencies, I would honestly dread renting another property that uses GreenKite. I usually take my own pictures when renting/moving anyway but I will definitely be annoyingly meticulous if I run into these people again and will request I do not have that individual.
