Axel is always so very helpful whenever I have inquiries about Gradelink. Not only does he help me to fix the issue but he also provides instructions on how to fix the issue myself if need be!

Kate Nevar is fantastic! She always is prompt in returning my emails and is very thorough in providing answers to my many questions. She is very patient with me in the larning process of a new program this school year. I appreciate all she does to make learning Gradelink so easy for me.

Axel Madini is truly the best! Anytime we are needing help or guidance on something Axel Madini is quick to respond through email. His instructions and step by step guides are explained in a way that is easy to understand. We haven't came across an issue that Axel isn't able to solve for us! Since taking this position, my first encounter with Gradelink professionals were timely and professional. Specifically, I have communicated with Kate on multiple occasions and without fail, she has represented the Gradelink brand and supported our school with the utmost integrity. Response time is always almost immediate. The experience has not once been intimidating or condescending. Questions are answered with respect to my knowledge level and there is always a tone of patience and helpfulness. Excellent Customer service is rare, but I have received just that with every inquiry I have had. Thank you!

Gradelink has really made things so much easier for our school! It is so much easier and organized to take care of grades, attendance and communication. It is user friendly, reliable and connects our teachers with our parents easily. It saves time, allows us not to make mistakes and has everything in one location. I would recommend it to anyone trying to make their school better.

Axel has been a huge help in our school's gradelink journey. I was not the original gradelink person at our school, but we had to make a quick transition. I didn't have the official training in gradelink, so I've been self-teaching the program as I go. Axel has corrected many of my errors along the way and been very helpful in communication and fixing program issues. There have been more problems with gradelink than I would like, but the customer service has been above and beyond in helping correct both system errors and operator errors.

Josue was so helpful in taking our logo and making two report card templates for us! At his suggestion he also took care of some clean-up by deleting some options we were no longer using. Thank you for your super help, Josue!

Our school has used Gradelink for about 8 years. It has always been very unreliable, contantly crashing, can't use the site for several hours at a time and the "staff" is super unhelpful. Unfortunately this is the best our school can afford. If you have money to spend, do not settle for Gradelink!!!! Not worth the frustration!!!

Gradelink offers wonderful customer support. Any time I have an issue, Josue Lopez is helpful and timely responding to our needs.

Axel was an amazing problem solver. I messed things up my gradelink login a couple of times and he was very prompt with his response, generously patient and a good communicator. My customer service with gradelink was exceptional.

I am fairly new to Gradelink but have experience with other SIS systems. I was trying to import student emails and messed up our student database. Alex with Gradelink Support acted quickly to help us to restore our data to last midnight backup. He went above and beyond to communicate with the school until the issue was resolved. Furthermore, he submitted a request to Gradelink developers to clarify the process of updating student information en masse via a csv import. So, I feel that our student data is in good hands with Gradelink. Thank you again, Axel!
