Gradelink covers all the essential academic functions we need—grade management, attendance, transcripts, and scheduling—and overall, it performs reliably. That said, I hope to see more flexibility in features like transcript layout and customization, which would better meet the varied needs of different schools.
What truly stands out is the support team. Whenever I reach out, their responses are always patient, prompt, and helpful. This level of customer service has made a big difference, especially as I’m still new to the system.

Several years ago, we were using a much larger SIS that, while very robust and good, was way too big (and expensive) for our needs. Enter Gradelink. A simple solution that meets all of our needs, integrates with our LMS seamlessly, and is a joy to use. The biggest selling point to me though is the Technical Support. Whenever I have an issue (usually self-inflicted), support (specifically Kate) is always there to help and they do it fast. After years of feeling lost in the shuffle of a larger system (or worse...using spreadsheets and mail merge for report cards), we have found a home with Gradelink. It does everything we ask of it and more. And it does it all very well!

I would like to express my satisfaction in working closely with a particular member of the support team, Axel Maldini; as he is always willing to assist in most precise, and simplest way; it's been such hepful to transition to the usage of Gradelink with him, and it is still great have him guide at any time even now!
