Still getting generic emails and pretending they are going to sort out my issues with zero intention of been pro active

Avoid graded green, do not respond when there’s an issue with order, quality of the product is terrible.

Never received my preorder order and not getting any response via email ordered two items on the 24th November one was a preorder not available until the 1st dec I received 1 of my items on the 25th and got sent the same tracking information for the 2nd item stating it was shipped on the 1st but nothing arrived on the Royal Mail site say delivered on the 25th and nothing for after the 1st will never do a double order again

Was great with the stock. Now they send you whatever they feel like Won’t get my business any more due to selling me stuff that isn’t what I paid for, If you don’t have it in stock. Don’t list it and take peoples money falsely advertising Cbd strains. My last two orders of two different strains per order have been completely the same stuff. And two was underweight on my first order Avoid until they sort out their practices

I'd ignore the fake negative reviews about graded green, I have found them a reliable genuine company with fast delivery and reasonable prices. Recommended

Iv tried a few online CBD shops but Graded Green is by far the best! They’re always quality flowers and delivery is always within 2 working days. Only once did I have to wait a week for a delivery but messaged them and they explained the problem. Delivery arrived a couple of days later. Iv also recommended GG to a couple of mates who are more than happy with them.
My only gripe is that the Banner X Gelato hasn’t come back into stock yet!

Ordered on Monday and payed extra for 24hr guaranteed tracked delivery. After 2days and still no tracking number recieved and no dispatch email. I contacted the company who said they would refund the delivery charges and I should receive my order the following day... The following day came and still no delivery of my order and no refund of the shipping cost.
Very poor experience and much stress in what was ment to be something to help with stress.. Its easier and more efficient to purchase from the blackmarket than use this company
