Ordered on 18-Feb. Contacted them via their contact page, as phone number does not work after a week to request update on delivery. Have had no response.

Been ordering the morning tea bags for years. My last order 2 weeks ago has not arrived. DPD didn’t receive it. I’ve emailed few times done the website message tried to ring number doesn’t exist. Messaged on old Facebook page nothing. Shame I won’t be ordering again will be looking elsewhere now

I ordered some tea on 3rd of January - it’s now the 14th and it hasn’t arrived (previously arrived within 3 or 4 days). I have tried emailing the company - no response, and tried calling their number - currently out of order. I can only conclude they have gone out of business and therefore I need to claim my money back.

I ordered from HopeCBD almost 2 weeks ago now and my parcel has still not arrived. I've had no tracking number and no reply to the emails I have sent. I have rang the 0800 number given a few times and each time the call has ended.

Ordered on the 1st of October enough to qualify for free next day delivery and I’ve still not received my order. According to DPD this afternoon 9th October they’ve not received my order yet. HopeCBD’s advertised phone number is a dead end, I emailed Hope 5 days ago and still no reply 😡
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with my order and zero communication available, so on that note I will be contacting my bank to get a refund 🤞 and will look for a different supplier that I can actually communicate with.
Should a miracle happen and my order does arrive I will update this review then and only then.
(UPDATE).
I waited out the statutory 14 days the bank required, they must’ve contacted HopeCBD the same day as my order was miraculously delivered the following day, I will change from 1 ⭐ rating to a 4⭐️ it would’ve been a 3⭐️ if they hadn’t put an extra bag of tea in my order, not sure if was a sorry or a mistake as there was no note supplied.

My order was supposedly dispatched more than 10 days ago. The courier has not received it yet, and HopeCBD don't reply to my emails.

Awful! Order was delivered promptly, however, the glass jar packaging was shattered, with the goods unusable. I emailed the company immediately requesting a replacement, then again the next day with no response.

Fantastic service and the product is absolutely fantastic as well.I love Hope CBD ointment this is the 3rd time ive used it as I've had a problem with my right leg.And I'll guarantee by the end of the tin my leg will be back to normal.💚

Next day delivery five days later still haven't received package. Have contacted courier with no response, also contacted yourself twice no response very poor customer care.

Product arrived much quicker than my previous order- I think the trick is to purchase during the first half of the week in order to receive it by the end of the same week.
However despite spending £50 and being informed on the website I would not have to pay postage, I ended up paying for my delivery on checkout and feeling misled. I tried to call to ask about the issue but no reply.
Happy with product itself, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Easy ordering and fast delivery

I've been using Hope CBD products on and off for a couple of years and they have been consistently high quality with exceptional customer service. I love that they are a transparent, ethical and GMO free company and have never lost their personal touch. I use the morning and evening CBD tea bags and I've found them to be the best (also tastiest) available (and I have been around the houses)! The gummies are also delicious and vegan! Though they may not be the cheapest on the market Hope CBD are, in my opinion, by a long way the best.

Easy to order and no issues, even got a personal note and a couple of gummies to try out to. Will be buying again soon
