After FINALLY getting an October order delivered I trusted them again, ordered on 28th December , (paid for priority delivery too), yet find myself waiting for it to be fulfilled and sent AGAIN! the fact theres nowhere to followup. ZERO customer support!

Ordered on the 6th and had no despatched email and like others here emails bounced back. I checked the company out on Companies House and they have been dissolved and going under a new name. Anybody with outstanding orders issue a charge back with your banks.

Ordered and paid 22/12, never got an email confirming despatch and nothing has arrived. Customer service number says they are closed, WhatsApp message unread. No reply to my email. Looks like they've taken people's money and run. Do not place an order with them.

Order on the 8th December its now the 2 jan and nothing paid £68.50 absolutely disgraceful dont order from them no way to contact them they just steal peoples hard earned money i would like a full refund now order number 33513w

I ordered on the 9th December still not received & still no one has reached out and responded to any of my messages
BTW money was taken
Do not order from here unless you want to loose your money.
Customer service is 0/10

Where is My order? It shouldn't take this long! Emails bouncing back , first time using this company, looks like scammers, sort it out!
Called bank to dispute transaction, they said CBD flowers are illegal and they can not give me the money back because of this , has anyone had any joy with bank refunds?

Scammers avoid this website , place an order over a week ago , pay extra for quicker delivery , never received the order , try to contact them several times they never answers

I ordered from them over a week ago, my order not even been dispatched. Their support email address bounces back, their phone number says office is closed. There’s a platform for after sales support where your comment has to be approved by them. Roadblocks everywhere. Avoid!

They always provide high quality with a cheap price and automatic discounts making this a good place to order from

Do not buy from this company I ordered on the 3rd of December saying it would’ve been delivered on the 5th of December. They took my money and since then the email bounces back and they phone it off.

But on there we’d site I bought the last cbd babe about 10 day later they told me they cancelled my order
And I’m still waiting on my refund
Still not in my account
I definitely think a bunch of chances please don’t ordered from these muppets

I’m now on my 3rd charge back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used them for 3 years, the last 5 months have been ridiculous. There is zero customer support, the emails don’t go through, they don’t answer on insta or WhatsApp and their phone number is Liverpool Football Club. Whatever they were they aren’t now. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Don’t be fooled by them updating the website, save yourself the hassle and stress.

WHERES MY ORDER?!?!

Ordered on subscription almost 2 weeks ago.Reocurring subscription debited over weekend and still no product received.
Tried to make contact and all emails rejected.
Disappointing

Ordered off here many times before and never had an issue.
Ordered roughly around the 18th November and I’m still awaiting shipment. Tried emailing their contact email and it failed to send multiple times.
Can’t request my refund but happy to take my money. Wouldn’t ever buy from here again. Still awaiting my order.

From now on I will be ordering from ‘BudBros’ as their product is brilliant and actually gets sent out to you on time.
