Great service an on time

We had an excellent experience with Grace Removals from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. Everything was packed, handled, and transported with great attention to detail, and nothing was damaged or misplaced.

What really stood out was the crew’s attitude – friendly, respectful, and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to ensure our furniture and fragile items were properly protected. The move itself was smooth and stress-free, which made a huge difference for our family.

Fantastic company, everything when so well. Everyone was so helpful and supportive, to the 80 years olds moving house. And they were the cheapest quote l received.

The customer service and efficient way they handled my request. I had done the booking sometime in the afternoon and requested them to pick up the luggage next day and it was done first thing in the morning around 8.30am. I was very surprised. The delivery was also within the time frame as advised. I would recommend Grace Removals to all my friends and families.

Very helpfull

Grace Removals recently moved our furniture and goods from Townsville to Brisbane and we were very happy with the whole experience. They were easy to contact and answered all of my questions no matter how trivial. The gentlemen who packed, moved and then delivered our furniture were professional and pleasant at all times. I would use Grace again and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional removal company.

The staff were all friendly, informative and patient. I very much appreciated the lack of bad language from all. Apart from the damage to my husband's desk everything was in good condition. However there were a few objects left behind under the laundry sink. The cleaner also did a great job.

Maybe contact the customer earlier for up lift and drop off .
But on the whole good service and wrapped well although some things can get damaged not the fault of removal company just in transit with the movement .

Moved from Cairns to Townsville and from start to finish (the quotation process, the packing and removal, 13 months of storage and then the final delivery) the whole process was seamless and efficient. They made a stressful process very unstressful!

Grace removal were excellent from the first phone call to the delivery. Staff were exceptional. I would recommend them and I myself would use them again.
