First came Daniel Venables who assessed our jumbled load and got things moving so quickly.

What we imagined as a horrible experience in loading from a storage room to our new Sydney apartment just didn’t happen. The Gold Coast crew of Jay,Rueben, Jackson,Bali and Rueben’N were superb. Packing what we couldn’t and carefully loading the truck was done swiftly and carefully.
This is our third shift with Grace after the last 5 years and they have never failed us. Great work lads.

From the very beginning of the quoting process to the very end of the pack up and shipping these guy were stellar. We got quotes from 4 other companies. Grace were very competitive. The pack up team were not only lovely guys they were consummate professional that knew their stuff. The whole thing happened very quickly and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Exceptional service and follow up from first contact all the way through. Daniel from Gold Coast was brilliant. Wonderful piece of mind knowing the right size truck would be sent based on an in person quote. The movers took incredible care with out belonging, all delivered intact without any damage or breakage (can’t say the same for previous moved with other companies where furniture ended up damaged).
Absolute bonus was the box and port a robes delivery prior to the move (as well as tape and packing paper) and the box collection after we unpacked
