From start to the time our goods were placed in storage, the process panned out exactly as we’re told it would. Not having moved for 35 years we were very stressed but everyone that we had contact with at Grace was friendly and helpful and made that part of our move something we didn’t have to worry about.
We were impressed how they managed to fit all our goods into the storage shed. We hope not to move again but if we did we would definitely use Grace

We could not recommend these guys enough.
Professional, friendly and definitely didn’t waste anytime in getting the job done.

From the initial walkthrough by Malcolm, to the amazing crew on the day, I was not expecting to enjoy the packing & moving our whole house & studio overseas, but, Grace were outstanding.

Thankyou to Wayne, Paul, and James for an absolutely amazing job, and to Jamie, Jai & Tameka for getting it all done with a smile.

Grace accommodated date changes due to contract changes, double checked everything and made the whole process simple.

I was very impressed with the service from Cairns to Caloundra, professional but friendly. It was door to door, on the day and time they said it was there. No breakages, it all arrived, and I got a call the next day to make sure all was ok. Highly recommend them.

Very professional for the most part. One of your young guys needed some more training an so a painting was damaged that he didn’t pack correctly but apart from that we were very happy

I had an uplift from Cairns, was told by the representative in Cairns that the delivery was 8-10 weeks to the UK. The uplift was 29th July and as of today the container is still sat in Brisbane. Don't think we will see our container before end of November at this rate. I enquired about this on 29/8/24 and was told the vessel would depart on 8/9/24! I checked today 9/9/24 and the vessel hasn't even arrived in Brisbane to load. Paid over $20,000 for the uplift to our address in the UK which included the delivery costs at this end. Was told on 29/8/24 that a consultant would be in contact about this as soon as possible but still no contact to date

I found Grace removals very caring prompt the feedback was a little slow as I had to call back a few times but overall the service was excellent

The whole process with grace was amazing from getting a quote to the booking and finally the move, the removalist where professional and top blokes, highly recommend Grace if you are planing a move, the price was very reasonable.

Company was excellent with their services and workers I couldn’t of asked for a better move from Cairns to Drawin and best of all Nothing was broken

Removal to Sarawak Malaysia.
From the beginning, from the quote to delivery was professional and was completely stress free. Communication was wonderful and I was informed every step of the way. On delivery the removal was had been packed with the upmost care. There was no damage or losses. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone.
It was the most smooth and uncomplicated removal I’ve had and this was my 39th move.
