Very simple, easy sale, first step website, they give you a price and you take it to a shop and sell. I made a mistake in the weight and the brother there was honest and corrected the weight and it was more then what I thought it was. rip off
I took a 9ct diamond ring in and was told they are not diamonds ,, Id already had it looked at by a friend who is a maser goldsmith so i knew what it was,, she tested them and then agreed with me that they were diamonds in a very snotty way and Id been told the retail price was between £350 and £450 and i should get around £200 .. i was offered £175 by another gold buyer so thought id go to the gold bank to see what they would offer .....they offered £68 ,,,what a rip off
