Bit confused

Bit confused. The company blurb on the website says it has been in business for over thirty years but Companies House states the company under whose name it trades i.e. GBL International Limited, was incorporated on 15th August 2023.
Is there another Goldbank perhaps or did it trade under another name?

Good price and excellent service

Today I had an appointment to sell some silver that I had arranged through the website. The whole process was very easy, I got an excellent price and the staff at the Green Street branch where I made the transaction were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Gold Bank if you wish to buy or sell precious metals, particularly the Green Street branch.
