It is a difficult process to decide on which tour company to work with particularly when traveling to Iceland as there are many to choose from. There is not much to go on other than reviews. I am really glad we landed with Diarmuid as he listened to what we wanted to get out of our allotted time in Iceland and designed the best possible itinerary.

The information Kevin offered was great! There were so many options and a variety of ideas. He also worked hard to keep what we wanted within our budget. I am very excited for my vacation to iceland

Kevin was great for offering options and giving us a good overview of places to visit in Iceland. We chose not to do the self drive option, but were very well informed in what was possible if we chose to drive ourselves. All accommodations and vehicle fully sourced and arranged.

I emailed Go Iceland Tours for help with a short visit in Iceland. I am ending a cruise in Reykjavik in July 2027 and wanted to spend some time in Iceland before I headed back home in the USA. Diarmuid contacted me very promptly and gathered my information and thoughts. I knew little about Iceland and only knew where I was starting. He put together 2 four-day options. Both were very good and included a great selection of Icelandic highlights. He even created one that included riding the Icelandic horses! (A bucket list item). That’s the one I picked.
He took extra time to answer all my questions and explain each package. He definitely went above and beyond. Even though my trip isn’t until next year, he will stay available for all my new questions and take care of details.

Just booked my honeymoon. Kevin made it very easy and was flexible when plans changed. He changed call times to accommodate my busy schedule. The activities and hotels he booked look great. And he was always trying to find savings for us. And he kept us informed every step of the way. I appreciate all the work he did.

Kevin did an amazing job of planning a 12 day, self-guided tour for my wife and I!!

I had just started trying to plan a trip when I ran across an add for Goicelandtours.com on social media and simply requested additional information. Kevin was prompt, but not pushy. He requested some basic data from me and built an itinerary that was far better than anything I could have done on my own and my wife and I are extremely excited about the upcoming trip!

Planning a trip to Iceland. Our rep was/is Kevin. During the planning we had 4 or 5 phone calls. 12-14 emails. We did have a slight problem with the billing but Kevin worked his magic and got it all straighten out for us. After we made our deposit I have a few more questions and he has continued to refine our trip. It is my hope when we actually take our trip in Aug 2026 it will all go smoothly. If not I'm sure I can call Kevin and get it straighten out.

Diarmuid was the most responsive travel agent I have ever worked with. He got back to me right away, had somehow figured out most of what I wanted in a trip and had it all organized for me. After one conversation, he tweaked it and added a few more things and I couldn’t wait to go to Iceland. He was excellent to work with.
