This company posts fake reviews. I have been dealing with them for 5 weeks now. I am exhausted. I sent my phone, they had it for 4 weeks. No communication until I wrote a bad review. They sent my phone back eventually, but it’s got deep scratches that I can prove weren’t there when I sent it off. This company is a huge scam they will just steal your property or damage it and bribe you to change your review.

Great experience, they got back to me really quickly and were always friendly and polite when we sold our old phones to them and would use them again! Fast payment received as well which was brilliant!

Plus I sent my Nintendo and ps5 controller and they were sent with my iPhone they still haven’t processed the Nintendo and the controller how is that possible if they arrived at the same time?
