Easy enough!
Somewhat easy process, took a bit of back and forth with communication but they’re offering a helpful service that is very busy.
It was partly my own fault due to being unable to clear the phone because of the condition it was in, and once it was all cleared up I received lots of clear communication and was paid same day!

Sold my iPhone 11 with this company, process was very easy. I shipped my phone off (shipping pre paid) and after a few days the money came into my account. I would highly suggest to anyone selling their devices to do it with this company, they gave a great price and it was such a quick and easy process - no faff.

This company damaged my phone
This company posts fake reviews. I have been dealing with them for 5 weeks now. I am exhausted. I sent my phone, they had it for 4 weeks. No communication until I wrote a bad review. They sent my phone back eventually, but it’s got deep scratches that I can prove weren’t there when I sent it off. This company is a huge scam they will just steal your property or damage it and bribe you to change your review.
